After being in a life-altering car accident, I was referred to David by a close friend. Unfortunately it was a hit-and-run and I had to rely on my uninsured motorist coverage. For those who do not realize, insurance companies do not wanna pay out, regardless of the injury! David fought long and hard to Help me recover the funds to pay for my past and future medical expenses. I was disgusted by what my insurance company offered and in the end, David was able to collect significantly more (almost 9x) than the initial offer.

David and his staff were very helpful and responsive to my "layman" questions. They were prompt, professional, and personable during a difficult time for my wife and I. We were in a motor collision where a driver ran a red light and t-boned us, resulting in a total loss for the car, and a emergency room visit for the wife.

Overall what I really liked about David is that he was more concerned about getting my wife and I the proper treatment for our injuries first and foremost. It was my 3rd totaled car (I have really bad luck when it comes to Florida drivers), but it was the first time where someone was in the car with me, thankfully I usually walk away unscathed, this time that wasn't the case and I am very glad I had a great lawyer in my corner.

Loved working with David! He was always quick and easy to contact through email as well as text. Even though my accident occurred in my hometown, I am a student full time at a university 3 hours away and David was able to set me up with doctors near my university so I didn't have to worry about missing class to see a doctor in my hometown. My case was settled in a matter of ~6 months and for more than double than was previously offered to me to settle! Would definitely contact again if I find myself in another legal matter.
