Publix Super Market at Baypoint

I am a tourist coming from France, I lost my wallet containing a certain amount of money, my passport and my bank card in this store, I returned almost 1 hour later without hope of finding it. Luckily a wonderful lady working there picked him up and brought him to safety. This lady is the kind of person who reminds us that there are still good people on this earth, not to mention the fact that she saved our vacation. Thanks again to her, she is one of the most honest and kind people I have seen in my life. Regarding the store, the choice, the items and the prices are incredible!

I never do reviews but I had to for this. The Publix pharmacy here is amazing! The best customer service I have ever dealt with. Amazing workers. Luis is the best pharmacist. So nice and goes above and beyond for his customers, I drove 50 minutes to go there and it was well worth it. Waiting for months for my prescription and he transferred it to here and I got in a week! Amazing employee!! Thank you

It's a smaller publix than most but they always have great service when ever I go and it's the closest one to my house.

I love coming here! Got to get there early if you want THE best french bread ever!

I'm in a. Cast on my left leg, while there were no blur parking spots I only had a short walk to front of store. There were two electric carts available to shop with easy. Clean store smiles from store personnel. I'll return.

I have to say , I really enjoy coming to this location. They always keep the outside parking lot clean and a police officer on duty outside so you are safe. The bakery always have fresh sweets and cakes. Sometimes the deli can be crowded but it’s to be expected in any publix. There sushi is delicious and always fresh. I love that there is also fresh fruits and veggies. Overall great location to shop alone, out with the family.

I had an awful experience with the instacart pickup but the management team went above and beyond to help me thank you

The Store manager Mr Jeff was very very helpful and professional great experience.

Place was well organized, clean and bright. Items are strategically placed to add ease of shopping. Lines were not long and moved pretty quickly as they had sufficient cashiers available. Food was fresh. They had great sale items. Only issue was the preparers of the food in the back for hot meals. They were slow and inefficient. More servers are needed especially during the lunch rush. That took the longest. But one I got out food checkout was a breeze. Never going there again on my lunch break. But I will return to do grocery shopping.

Hungry so naturally I stopped for some chicken tenders on my way home. The gentleman who served me met me with a warm smile and made sure to get the freshest tenders out from the back for me. I believe he said his name was Jesse or Justin. Tall with glasses, very good fellow. Great customer service is such a rarity these days. This man deserves a raise.

Was surprised the store was smaller than other Publix stores I have been in. Still offered great products ♥ publix

Not too big of a location, deli gets a bit crowded, but still friendly service you expect and decent selection.

In terms of quality and experience, they are experts in offering you the best service.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and friendly staff. I asked for help for some items I couldn't find and everyone helped. I must say I was very impressed by the manager on duty I believe his name was Jeff. He was extremely hands on helping absolutely everyone. I call it all hands in. On my way out passing the Pharmacy, I saw him speaking to a woman that looked very upset. He absolutely made her feel better about her concern. He turned a frown into a big 😁 smile. I truly wish more employees in authority like him would learn what true leadership is.

Really organized and friendly location. I find they are frequently out of many brands of eggs but it may just be the day I shop. They offer a few self checkout lines (card purchases only). Overall, pretty much the same ambience you'd expect from other Publix locations. My daughter always enjoys a free cookie here.
