If they had more than 5 stars, I would have given it to them. I have a feral type cat who needed a follow-up to an emergency. I called these guys - they made the appt for 11a on Sat, called me when they were 16 mins out, and they handled my "wild" feral cat like he was a king. I am switching to them for my other two cats, as well. The Vet (Dr Howell) was awesome, and his assistants were too. CLEARLY, they know their stuff. So going to recommend them to every pet owner I know.

These guys are the best. Very patient, committed to the health of your animal, I always get the help I need from them. Update: after spending a ridiculous amount of money with a dermatologist for my almost bald cat due to overgrooming, we went back to the Doc. He resurrected a solution he had from some years ago and it worked! They really care about your pets.

I can’t say enough great things about Midway Mobile Vet. Dr Howell and Vicky are awesome!! I have a fearful doggie and they were both so patient and understanding. The whole experience was way less stressful for my pup and me! Highly recommended to all. Even if you’re not dealing with a fearful pet, they are kind and go out of their way for you. Easy to schedule and very prompt arrival. They called from the road and let me know exactly when they would be at my house. Compassionate professionals who spent a few extra minutes to calm my two dogs who hate going to the vet. Great value and less stress on the animals. I cannot recommend them enough.

If possible I would award 10 stars.
We had to have our arthritic Labrador put to sleep and we called Midway Veterinary Mobile services so our dog could have his final day at home with his family. Dr. Howell and his assistant were kind, caring and made this difficult process as painless as possible for our dog and the rest of the family.
I recommend them unreservedly.

This is by far the BEST of customer service, with a lot of compassion and professionalism. I use they're service for my fur babies annual check up, along with assisting me to walk my 17 yr old Yorkie Tia to the Rainbow Bridge which was comforting for all. I say Thank you.

Helped my cat into the hereafter very gently.

They took several calls to get them to call me back. After a friend of mine who knows the owner called him, I finally got a response from them. Then they were very helpful in getting another veterinarian to be of service to me for my dog.

They were a no show no call Saturday appointment. Not a way to start with a new patient ( had 3 cats booked) but didn’t seem to matter to them 😡
