Buena Vista Post Office USPS

The low ratings and the reviews about this post office is hilarious. I've come across some people in businesses that might come off as different from other businesses but this is the real world 🤣 not everyone or everywhere you go folks going to service you the way you like. Either you go somewhere else for service or tough it out. I guess most folks aren't used to strong personality types that keeps it real.I guess they prefer the spoon fed type of service or the brained washed corporate world,where services have to be 100% on the happy/pleasant pill instead of the 100% real authentic pill. All in all, if you receive your packages and were able to get your stuff processed then that should be what matters. this place has shaped up over the course of the last 6 months. the staff seems friendlier and more helpful, and less depressed. it’s not easy to make that kind of a change, so i applaud whomever is responsible.

place is clean and well stocked with supplies, i really wish they accepted apple pay. parking is available on the streets and a dedicated lot.

Honestly had the best experience I’ve ever had at a post office here.. Idk if there stars were aligning or usps has done a much better job at hiring cuz the ladies who helped me today honestly had so much patience even though I had made the mistake of not bringing a form of payment; they went above and beyond in my expectations so that i could make my purchase and not have a guilty conscience for not paying. They were all very polite and hardworking. Thank you to the team working today!!!!

The ladies who work here are very friendly. I’m glad they relocated this post office and have a little parking lot. The previous location had no parking and was very run down. This brand new post office is very nice.

This post office has dedicated parking, but almost all of the cars parked in the post office spots are people eating at nearby restaurants. The landlord for the property is taking advantage of the USPS and encouraging restaurant customers to use up all the parking that the post office is paying for.

Very friendly and fast experience. Be civilized with them and they will be nice back too!

They helped me with my package shipping!

I’ve been there 3 times in the last week, the ladies there are very kind and polite but especially patient given all the customers or packages to handle!
Ignore some of the bad reviews for this place. Most bad reviews for posts offices are not linked to poor service but simply the customer being in a bad mood, impolite and clueless about the services they provide! I witnessed that on the three occasions I was there! The staff handled all situation professionally!

Always quick and nice staff

I went to the post office yesterday - the staff was so warm, kind and efficient! And today I had to go back since I left something there by accident - luckily they had it and both ladies were the best! Again! So cheerful and kind while working so hard! Thank you so much!

The staff is always very polite and organized. They keep the lines moving quickly and make sure you have everything you need. I'm always in and out very fast with no problems.

I have visited this USPS location twice as it is walking distance from my home and have always been able to get in and out in no time. I wish that there was a self service machine that was useful 24 hours a day, but the staff is very nice during business hours

The employees, were helping two people, at once, just to help get the line moving. Customer service care in that way is priceless

Ms. Love is the best. I love coming to this post office for my mail errands. It’s always a pleasure to speak to her at the desk because she’s so friendly, positive, and helpful.

I don't know what everyone else is talking about. The staff will not pamper you but they were super helpful to me, a disoriented tourist.

5 Stars only for the new guy standing in the front to help you before getting to the desk

Go in with what you need to get done and have common sense. They are helpful!
