First class service right from the start! Reese and Maria answered my call and took all my information. Both were very professional and super sweet on the phone. Gigi called me back to book the appointment. She was also very sweet and accommodating of my schedule. Dakota came out to fix my main water valve issue. He called ahead of time (I also received a text) to let me know he was on the way. He was very professional and extremely thorough! He explained everything in detail to me before and gave me a great quote. He got to work immediately. I will never call anyone else besides Erica’s again! First class service, first class company! I would highly recommend for any plumbing need!!

I needed Erica’s plumbing to come by the house and replace cast iron pipes in my master bathroom (60 year old house) that failed. In parallel with the replacement they needed to help with the bathroom renovation that included creating a shower where a closet resided as well as a toilet and vanity connection.

Erica’s sent out Terrance and Pedro to complete the majority of the work. It took about three days of work to replace the pipes in our crawl space and change the footprint in the bathroom. I was so happy to have these guys working the job. They made it seem easy to do and had great suggestions for spacing and pipe placement. They came back out a week or so after the pipes were
completed to install the vanity which was carelessly delivered in a giant thousand pound box at our front door. Terrance, Pedro and Dakota moved it in like nothing and got it up and running.

If any plumbing issues pop back up in other parts of the house, I will call Erica’s without a question. Would absolutely recommend.

Nick is the best! We have had the opportunity to work with Nick several times, across multiple properties. He is always punctual, kind, and informative. He does a great job, we have recommended him and Erika’s many times!

My wife and I cannot say enough about Erica’s Plumbing. Initially we reached out over the internet but were contacted via phone right away. We set up an appointment to discuss what we wanted to have done for the very next day. Nick called and alerted us he was on time and would be here at the designated time. Service technician Eric did an excellent job. He accurately diagnosed the problem with our shower faucets and had the parts on hand to fix the problem. It’s so nice to have everything working well again!

Pedro explained how he would replace a leaky hose bibb. We found the shut off for the water and he got straight to work. I am quite pleased and grateful to have the leak stopped.

I’m very impressed by this company so far! Nick & Nate came by my home and fixed the issues quickly. They were very professional and took the time to quote me on other minor repairs needed around the house. Highly recommend.

Fast service, team arrived on rainy day, I was impressed by quick and detailed assessment. The workers used shoe covers, even cleaned doorsteps when leaving.
One of the water outlets in my wall was damaged. The pipe was fixed quickly. Clean job.

Excellent service! Reasonable price. The customer service representative and the dispatcher were sympathetic to our problem. They sent Dakota, the service technician, out right away. He fixed the problem in a matter of minutes and he checked the other pipes to make sure everything was working well. Great job! I would definitely recommend Erica’s Plumbing to others.

Erica’s plumbing and ac came to my house today to replace a broken garbage disposal. The tech Pedro was as knowledgeable and as nice and professional as can be. I will use them again in the future for sure. Oh my sister uses them also and loves them. Great company
