I rarely shop at JC Penny since I don’t normally find my style here. But I got lucky finding this cute sandals in a very good deal- $17!!
I also tried their beauty department and I was assisted by a very helpful and amazing lady Ashley!

Karen in the jewelry department is a true Gem! She made our experience very comfortable and was not pushy about what to buy, she let us choose our style. Very much enjoyed my experience with her and love the jewelry that we bought! Thank you for making us smile and laugh on Saturday it made our day!

Went to the hair salon and I tell you. They have the motto, which every business should have. I will not let you out until we service you, not in a bad way, but very good customer service. I am an African-American and never saw myself getting my hair done from their salon. Front Desk personal and manager said “ we do it all now . I had my eyes tinted and I was so very happy and eye lashes installed on point and let me tell you guys I had sew-in and that Danielle, did not disappoint, even the older people who frequent the salon was in shock. Danielle, did a marvelous job to my sew-in….Thank you guys for not allowing me to leave (manager and front desk) with getting everything done in one place and telling me you guys can do the work. The customer service was top notch. Kudos!!!!

They had a very wide variety of clothes and other things that you may like. I recommend this store, as it has clothing for all ages and sizes

I had the BEST experience today. I haven’t been shopping in a very long time and associate 0417 (I’m sorry, I can’t remember her name but she works in the ladies’ career clothing department) made me feel appreciated and welcome. She was extremely helpful and had a very cheerful disposition which in turn made me feel cheerful. It’s so rare these days to be greeted with a genuine smile and treated with kindness. I really appreciated her professionalism, she is a breath of fresh air! She went above and beyond to make sure I found everything I was looking for and check out with her was a breeze, quick and easy. If she isn’t a manager already, you should consider promoting her, she would be great at training other associates. She is a shining example of what excellent customer service looks like. I will definitely be back, thank you!

Great store, very clean, and I found some great deals.

Went with a friend and our sons to buy something quick and the employees mentioned a kids superhero event. We stayed for the event and they gave a coupon for a free picture in the portrait studio, so we said " hey, why not". They had superhero capes and masks to wear for the photos and the pics were better than I ever expected. So beware if you go, the portraits are all so good, you'll end up buying them all!! (The pic I included was taken by us before the photo shoot began)

Karen in the jewelry department is wonderful she is AMAZING she is beyond BLESSED. She was so helpful. Her personality alone will uplift your spirits. She went out her way to find me the best earrings and polish my bracelet.

I like Penny's and macys in boynton better then welling ton it's more homey and close to my house hope it dont close

We were looking for pants and shirts for my husband at this store in Boynton Beach, Florida, and were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service from Anderson, who showed us where we could find the bigger sizes for pants, he even went to the store room in the back to search for the colors we liked for the pants. It has been a most delightful shopping experience for us, and we are sooo blessed to have Anderson helping us!!!

This particular store was very clean had good staff very polite good selection we were able to get everything we needed. It is also a way to get into a really nice inner Mall with lots of very very good stores with a clean inner Court and a really outstanding food court.

Nice place to shop. Purchased as lot of thing very cheap.

I have been a Penny's customer for over 45 years. I usually get my towels and linens at JC Penny's. Great products and great prices

I was not able to find my size, but that's not unusual. Apparently I'm the most unusual size in pants - 38 x 34 - or I'm so usual that everybody buys them all out before I can get to them. This Penney store was well staffed and was well stocked, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They were very many clearance areas with good clearance stock and the regular stock was well priced on sale too.

Cynthia my cashier was wonderful! She let me stack up my finds by her register, since I was unable to get a cart. She packed up my bags securely so I could handle them with some ease. Offered to get me assistance as well. She was polite, friendly and handled the transaction with a great attitude!
