What a wonderful little store that cranked out some of the freshest and most delicious tasting fried eggs, sausage gravy, bacon, I have yet to come across for breakfast in south Florida. The tomatoes were super tasty as well. You can tell the chef puts in their time to source the finest ingredients to cook with.
The atmosphere was super cool with games to play if you have kids and nostalgic soda bar to sit at if you so choose.
The only opportunity I could write is that they ran out of fresh biscuits as I was ordering biscuits! Man guys I sure did want one or two of there biscuits.

Nice little pharmacy located on a somewhat hidden spot on Delray Beach, Florida. It has an old time, old fashioned soda fountain bar on one side of the establishment. On the other, there is a small though fully stocked and fully functional pharmacy. It had basic yet functional over the counter medications. Two freezers. One for alcohol, beer, and drinks. The other is for wine, and maybe floral arrangements, if my memory doesn't fail me. Staff is really nice and attentive.
I recommend it.

My favorite pharmacy. Been going for years and now I'm driving from Wellington and sometimes they deliver. Love them and they have really interesting things in there.....

Just discovered this place and so far everything has been fresh and delicious. Staff is friendly, love the interior and the vibes. Definitely a go to place.

Looking for a hipster/time travel experience? Hit up The Foxworth Fountain! This place is adorable and delicious. It's located in the pharmacy, classic soda fountain style.

We stopped by on a Thursday night and ordered the maple egg cream (yes!) and the mint chocolate sundae. Both were delicious! We were honestly overwhelmed by the huge variety of items on the menu, and we'll be sure to stop by again to try some others.

The decor here is part of what sets Foxworth apart. It's got modern touches, like a tv here or there. But, it's also got classic touches like wooden stools (don't worry, they're comfortable!) and retro accents.

If you're in the area or nearby, it's a fun spot to visit for some nostalgia and a great dessert. We can't wait to go back!

This Pharmacy goes over and beyond for you! Carol really helped me the other day BIG TIME! You truly feel how much they care about their customers!!!! And they deliver for free to your home!!! HIGHLY recommend!!!

T.J and Carol are very pleasant to deal with. Very helpful a pleasure to order my medications from there. If I need a refill, they call the doctor. They also have a reminder which is an automated system as a reminder to pick up medications.

T.J. and his staff are wonderful and welcoming. They will always do whatever they can to help their clients,weather its to help understand about the meds,help understanding things with insurance,or helping to get all the information needed from a Doctors office they do it. I have been a client for over 15 years, and they have always been exceptionally kind,understanding,and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our entire family have been customers for over twenty years!!! Remember what is used to be like when you walked into a drug store and everybody called you by name and give you extremely personal service and actually care about the person they are talking to. If you want to get that experience again this is the place you need to go to for all your pharmacy needs. They do business the old fashion way, they actually care about their customers, however they make you feel like family.
When they moved to the new location and opened up the soda fountain (which really understates everything they serve) it really brought me back to my childhood. This long time family owed establishment just keeps surprising us.

Great family owned pharmacy ! Always super helpful with my scripts which can be difficult to get. I call ahead and they tell me what they have so I can call my doctor to prescribe accordingly . The staff is always nice . I’m working on moving All of my scripts here . Only negative is I work til 5 mon- fri and they are closed Sat so I have to really hustle if I get a lunch to get there .

Have been there multiple times both forgetting prescriptions and find their prices extremely competitive. Also enjoy all the friendly help in the pharmacy. Also have been many times do Foxworth Fountain. Highly recommend it. They're avocado toast is outstanding. Their Belgian waffles are outstanding. And I thought their coffee, which is organic French roast, which would not be my first choice, was over the top. And, very friendly, outgoing and my compliments to the entire staff. A place I will definitely be visiting again in the future. I also understand that their curry chicken salad for lunch is out of this world. Can't go back soon enough to try on my own.

Awesome pharmacy with personalized service !! Got us out of a bind multiple times when nobody else had items in stock, delivered right away, and have always been super accommodating ! Highly recommend !!

Snuck in for a late night snack... Beautiful atmosphere with delicious milkshakes. Had the coffee one and it was superb. Also, love the made in house waffle cones and the hand stirred sodas. Try the strawberry lemonade soda.. Ellie is the sweetest! We will be back to try the food!!! And more desserts of course. Wish you the best!

Ryan and her husband co-own this delightful establishment, and have lovingly created an authentic and inviting environment to enjoy the delicious classics and innovative cuisine they offer. The ambiance includes immaculately restored soda fountain fixtures from the 1950's. Ryan enthusiastically shared the history of the "Pharmacy Soda Fountain", while her and her staff delighted us with homemade blueberry soda, fresh Quiche, amazing breakfast sandwiches of Belgian Waffles, (Real) Farm Fresh Eggs, and Sausage, all with a presentation and flavor worthy of a James Beard Chef.

This deliciousness was accompanied by the "Keep Calm & Cherry On" Vanilla shake, perfectly enhanced with fresh cherries sourced from upstate NY.

I highly recommend you enjoy this local gem, and your out-of-town guests will love it!

It is a blast from the past. A great menu and soda fountain with all sorts of goodies and the prices are so ridiculously fair too!! I love just sitting at the counter!! You must see the inside do yourself a favor and experience you will be hooked!! The staff is unbeliveably friendly and helpful!! Nothing is ever a problem!!!

I absolutely love Delray Shores Pharmacy, I have been going there since before they change locations and they have always been fantastic. The staff is kind, courteous and always treat you the way your friendly local pharmacy should. Like so many others, I’ve become fed up with the way the other big chain store pharmacy’s treat their customers and judge them based on the medications they need to take. Delray Shores is a welcoming and much needed addition to downtown Delray.

The old fashioned soda fountain is so cool, I didn’t know what to expect before trying it but now that I have, I can’t look at normal soda the same again. The food they serve is impressive and just plain yummy. Who would have thought that a pharmacy and soda fountain would serve one of the best beakfasts and lunches in Delray. If you haven’t switched to Delray Shores for your pharmacy needs already then your missing out and if you haven’t been inside yet for lunch, you have definitely have something to look forward to.

I have been a customer for over 15 years now and hate to go anywhere else. TJ and his staff members treat you as a person and not a number like the chains do.
If for some reason they are out of a medication they will let you know asap and will give you your options. They actually care about providing their customers the best service possible and they actually care about their customers and their health.
They also have a lunch counter and soda fountain to have lunch while you wait for your prescriptions. Just like they all used to have back in the day. The last time that I saw a Pharmacy with a lunch counter with soda fountain at a Pharmacy was close to 40 years ago.
TJ and staff will make the extra effort every visit to make sure that you understand the medications and answer any questions that you may have.

If I could give more than 5 starts to TJ and Delray Shores Pharmacy I would. Stepping in there was like stepping back in time and I don't mean that in the way of decor nor nostalgia as would be typically observed. I say it bc the service was phenomenal. TJ, the owner and Pharmacist "actually" stepped out from behind the counter to speak with me. Basic human decency has been gone for a long time now. TJ went out of his way for me, truly desired to help me get what I needed so that I could feel better. He made phone calls on my behalf (without a tip jar ;)!

He had what I needed delivered to my door bc I had to get back to work. There was NO fee, there was no 'extra fuel charge', no hidden surcharges, no "only between the hours of 2:15pm--2:20pm" and other ridiculous rules that make things more difficult. So when I say stepping back in time, I mean courteous, kind, authentic with genuine desire to go out of their way to help the customer. I haven't experienced that kind of service in so many years.

What couldn't have been more fortuitous was that as I was writing this unsolicited review with my phone in the other room, I come to find a voicemail from TJ "welcoming me as a new customer to Delray Shores Pharmacy" which just solidifies my message here. I can't remember a time that I could say I trust someone whom I've just met. I am a clinician/psychotherapist and will refer not only clients, but friends, family and ......pharmacists from large chain pharmacies ;)

Love Delray Shores Pharmacy and Soda Fountain! Beautiful store with a ton of supplement options and very friendly staff. Their soda fountain has some really fun and unique flavors to try as well. Definitely recommend!!

Seriously you have to go to this place, if only to try out the Fox worth soda fountain! It's really a wonderful store full of all kinds of super interesting things a lot of them you can't find anywhere else. And while you are there have a banana split or an egg cream. So much fun!
