I had the best experience at Kramer’s. German and his crew checked out my car when I stopped by. I did not have an appointment and did not expect to be taken care of that day. When I mentioned I was leaving to go out of town in four days, they took care of me. 3 1/2 hours later I left with my car in tiptop shape. I would highly, highly recommend this auto repair shop. Intelligent, caring and honest people.

I wish to retract my previous review of Kramer's Auto Repair.
I have since come to find out that German correctly assessed the problem with my 2006 Ford F-150 and his price to correct the problem was fair.
I did not fully understand the problem.
I highly recommend Kramer's Auto Repair.

Great service, good people. It's not always easy finding a good auto service and repair shop. My experience with German and his group at Kramer's has been nothing but pleasant. I would recommend for sure. They are both knowledgeable and reasonable.

I can not be more pleased with the service and professionalism of Andrew and the staff at Kramers Auto. Recently I have considered purchasing a new truck as my F150 just turned 10 years old and has over 110,000 miles. After taking it to Kramers Auto to let them perform some mechanical tuneups I can without a doubt say that I'm so happy with the outcome of their work that I will be driving my truck for years to come. Professional, easy to work with and extremely well priced. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Andrew Southworth is one of the few mechanics who actually cares and will give you an HONEST opinion of your auto issues. We had a car that needed work. We took it to Andrew. His opinion was to sell the car because the value of the vehicle was less than the work that needed to be performed. He also fixed other vehicles and his work was STELLAR. One of the things that makes you know you have a good mechanic is when the DEALERSHIP sends their problem cases to someone. The dealerships send their problem cases to Andrew. Couldn't ask for a nicer guy.
