A great, old time, hardware store. Plenty of knowledgeable and extremely pleasant sales representatives. A wonderful alternative the Home Depot or Lowe's. they have 90% of what a homeowner needs, and you can get in and get out of there in 5 minutes.

I came in here looking for hardware and tools to hang some clothes racks and shelves in my closet. They happily helped me with everything and even wrote down a list to help remind me exactly what to do. Loved the whole experience I had at this store. It is so much better than big box retailers like Home Depot and it is a shame that anyone would give this store a bad review.

The guys there spent 20 minutes showing me how to combine plumbing parts to solve my problem. There is no way that I could have figured it out on my own. People should keep this in mind before mindlessly heading for the big box stores. If we don't use places like this for our regular purchases, they won't be around when we need them for our big problems.

The cashier is a charm too.

Took a couple of screens in to be replaced and was taken care of by the owner Pam. I mentioned that I had 5 others to be redone but couldn't fit them in my vehicle because of their size. Pam offered if I could wait till Saturday that her son had a truck and could pick them up for me and then drop off the new ones. Worked out great. Thanks Pam

I Ordered a Weber gas grill for my new home in West Delray over the phone with Pam. She give me a better price than the website and Home Depot. Assembled and delivered ! Ordered Wednesday it was on my patio Saturday. She called me a couple of times to give me updates on the arrival. I noticed it was leaking gas at the hose connected to the tank. I called Pam and she sent someone right out with a new tank. Turns out it was a cracked seal on my tank, never seen that before. They said no problem keep the new tank. Thank you Pam, I have been dealing with a lot of people with my new house and you should teach a class on customer service. Thanks again.

While this neighborhood hardware store didn't have the big box selection, I actually found a lady who knew what she was doing, helped me get the right fasteners, without the crowd. I forgotten what good customer service was, thank you for the refresher course

Always try to use small local businesses. They are very aware of Covid and don't let a lot of people inside. I view this as a plus. Very helpful w making keys ans picking out spray paints. Definitely will use this business in the future.

Google said open until 5:30. Drove 10 miles. Closed at 5:00 . NOT HAPPY. Lady was nice enough to answer phone. Explained they couldn't get Google to change info for summer hours.

Excellent Staff/good selection of products. Nice to have an alternative to Home Depot. Good location Downton Delray.
