I had a great shopping experience at this store. I got a Nordholtz sectional that was a floor sample and the quality of the leather is great. I know it will last me a long time. Sherri helped me find a couch that would be perfect for my apartment. Delivery was super quick and easy, I had my couch within 2 days of purchase. I will definitely be back in the future to get more furniture and cannot recommend this store enough!

We finally found the right sectional for us. After searching close to home we made the 40 min drive south to Boca. Ester and Sherri were very knowledgeable and helped us feel confident in our choices.

Matt & Mack delivered our 5-piece black leather sectional, unpacked it, positioned it exactly where we wanted it, tested all the mechanical parts, explained how to use and charge the battery packs; and shared some leather cleaning tips! They took our old sectional away as well as all the wrapping material, AND they were very careful of our tile floors. Matt was very knowledgeable of all the features of our sectional and was eager to share. He was friendly from start to finish and we never felt rushed.

I love my new, unique mirror. It is truly a conversation piece. The purchase to delivery process was seamless. Jay was very helpful and easy to work with in the showroom. The gentlemen that delivered the mirror today were very respectful and neat. I would recommend Leather Express to anyone looking for well made and beautiful furniture.

We have recently moved state and unfortunately the movers lost some of the cup holders from our set that we had purchased from Leather Express in the past.
I contacted the store to see if they could assist. I was replied to very quickly by Sherri. She was amazing! She found my previous purchase in the store records and after confirming the items I needed to replace set an order in place to be shipped to my new address.
We were very happy with our initial furniture purchase but this just shows the customer service that this company provide a few years on.

I have used Leather Express for MANY years and also send my clients when I can. I looked around at this furniture for 6 months to make sure I had the correct fit for me at 6’4”. I liked Ron when I met him then found out he’s a Jersey boy like me so I decided to give him my business. This product is as nice as it gets. Having a bad back, this system is so comfortable because it has a built in lumbar support in it. It was just delivered and I wanted thank the team here for such a beautiful product. Plus it came in 4 weeks early

Love my new couch! It's perfect. Has 3 motors in each chair, one for reclining, headrest and even Lumbar (My favorite). The delivery did take a while since Covid has pretty much delayed everything but me and my mom both have bought from here and they don't just do leather. We bought Cloth because we have a cat and it is absolutely perfect. Thank you Ron for your constant communication and updates and great customer service. Love this couch!!

We went to the store in Boca Raton to pick out a leather Couch to fit in our bay window area.
We were helped by Ron who spent the better part of 2 hours with us. Ron was very kind and knowledgeable about the colors, styles and product selection. We weren't sure if this couch would fit our bay window so Ron drew a sketch of how it would lay out on the floor and told us to try it then call him back if this unit would fit. I'm so glad that Ron was not pushy, just a total gentleman, kind and polite. The new couch fits our living room like a glove. Perfect in every way. I highly recommend Leather Express as they are the experts for leather goods.

We were looking for a lift recliner and someone had suggested Leather furniture express.

A fantastic experience from the moment we walked through their door.

Sheri is friendly, helpful and very patient. She is knowledgeable about the furniture she sells. She showed us many chairs and when we finally picked one she showed us leather options.

We ordered the lift recliner in a custom leather color and it was delivered in just under 4 weeks.

The delivery men were professional! What a breath of fresh air compared to other delivery companies in the area.

When the time comes and we are ready for home theater or living room furniture we will definitely be coming back here.

I have purchased several times over the past 10 years from Leather Express. The staff has always been extremely helpful in finding exactly what I was looking for. If they did not have it on the floor, they found it for me. Their service and delivery is always prompt and professional and I always felt I was being treated fairly. I was also happy to find a company that prides themselves with Made In America products!

The sales rep Don Austin was fantastic. He treated us like we were family members. We looked around with no pressure whatsoever. Don is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We bought a beautiful couch and loveseat. We would highly recommend Don at Leather Express.

Purchased an electric Fjords recliner and have had nothing but problems. Component changed several times. 8 months later, still not working. We now have received a refund and are super happy to say that Ron, the manager worked with us to resolve this issue. Going back to purchase another chair when store is reopened.
