I'm speechless. I have zero idea about their quality, but their customer service is sorely lacking. I waited over 2 weeks for a quote and my contractor reached out multiple times with no response. I reached out this morning to give them one more chance and no response. They are not the only game in town for European cabinets. Another company will be getting my business. I have been without a kitchen for almost 2 months and their lack of communication is appalling.

I bought an item from them on eBay that they never shipped to me I called and talk to them several times giving them all my info and was informed that I would receive a phone call back from the guy who takes care of all the eBay listings and I have never heard back from them nor have they give me my money back
