I used the Nathanson Brothers Team to sell my house. The care, and level of service was second to none. Before we started I was provided a complete and accurate picture of comps in the area as well as total costs to sell which helped me easily decide how much to list for and how much I could expect to receive after. The team also prepared themselves with all relevant HOA documentation so they had everything needed up front once a buyer was determined. Mike personally was present and oversaw everything from preparing the listing to attending appraisal and repair appointments. He helped with many little things such as arranging for the home to be cleaned before any showings and with proper staging. There were some hiccups along the way (as there are with selling any home) and each obstacle was approached in an easy, calm fashion and with the utmost professionalism and care for my time. I can only imagine the time spent by Kelli and the entire team on the back-end to make sure everything moved forward and remained on schedule. Any and all emails and texts were answered promptly.
