I would like to write a review about the mobile communication manager:

I had the pleasure of being assisted by the manager of the store, and I must say that he was incredibly professional in his approach. From the moment we entered the store, he greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcomed.

What impressed me the most was his extensive knowledge and expertise in the field of mobile communication. He patiently listened to our needs and provided us with valuable insights and recommendations. He guided us through the various options available, explaining the features and benefits of each product.

Not only was the Ryan knowledgeable, but he also displayed genuine kindness and empathy. He took the time to understand our requirements and ensured that we got the best possible solution. His willingness to go the extra mile to assist us was truly commendable.

Thanks to the Ryan’s assistance, we were able to make an informed decision and purchase the perfect mobile communication device for our needs. Moreover, he even helped us set it up and provided us with a thorough demonstration of its functionalities.

Overal, I cannot speak highly enough of Ryan’ s
professionalism, kindness, and exceptional customer service. His dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction truly made a difference in our experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking assistance with mobile communication.

Ryan and Danielle obviously understands what great service is. Being 73 In not very adept when any tech is involved. Both of them were patient and sensitive to all my questions. Verizon is very lucky to have such two great representatives!!

I came in last week to fix my phone. Danielle was so sweet and helpful. She ended up getting me a new phone while saving me money on my apple subscriptions! Best experience at any Verizon store!

Ryan spent a long time helping me set up my Watch and Phone and explaining the differences in helping me choose a liar. When there was a glitch pairing the phone and the watch he contacted the service department and was able to resolve the problem. Terrific experience thank you very much.

Dashai Ouk is a gem! Bright, intelligent, calm and most importantly when dealing with older people, infinitely patient! This woman should be a manager with a healthy raise!

Danielle is hands down THE BEST Verizon worker in the state of Florida. She’s attentive, patient, friendly, and most of all hard working. Every single problem we’ve had with a phone she’s been able to fix it. She’s amazing at her job, anyone who has a problem with their phone should go to this Verizon and ask for Danielle.
