Publix Pharmacy at Boca Valley Plaza

Ann, the pharmacist was knowledgeable, professional, wise and kind. Her years of experience were evident in her instruction and together with her assistant they made a great team. It was calm not chaotic and Publix should be proud of this crew. Thank you.

Tanner and his co-worker went out of their way to help me. There was some confusion from my doctors office with the prescription getting called in, and they were able to assist, and then also helped on my portion of the co-pay and saved me money. It is really nice when you go into a business, and the people helping you really care, and do what they can to help people. Thank You.

My whole family and I used to go to Walgreens or CVS to fill our Prescriptions but there is a Pharmacist in Publix at Boca Raton Hidden Valley Plaza and his NAME IS JOSEPH. I don’t have his last name but I want everyone to know how wonderful, helpful and extremely accommodating he is with everyone. Now my family and I only go to this Publix Pharmacy because of Joseph!

The pharmacists are very helpful. They understand different insurance coverages and they are always willing to help. They make a trip to the pharmacy a pleasant one. Plus, it’s very convenient to be able to pick up a prescription when making a run to Publix!

I like shopping at Publix, all employees are pleasant and long time employees. They remember you too. Anthony in meat and seafood is always helpful and he has been there for years. Eric too.

The Hidden Valley Publix pharmacy is by far the best in Boca Raton. I reccomend them highly and wouldn't dream of shopping elsewhere.

The pharmacy staff goes up and beyond with their service levels.

I’m a long time pharmacy customer and I’m going to let you know why the mix of reviews come out to average... Joe, the Pharmacy Manager is everything you’d want a pharmacy manager to be from courteous, expeditious, truly makes you feel like you are his priority (even when it’s clear you can’t possibly be). 5 stars.

On the other hand, the Assistant Pharmacy Manager is his polar opposite and most times I will literally leave and come back another day when Joe’s there. It’s that bad. I see several comments about her attitude below and they are spot on, she is always very rude, never seen her smile (even before masks), and she seems to make everything so much more complicated than they need to be!

Publix, you’re doing yourself a massive disservice here. I went in this morning at 9:00 (it’s a Wednesday) and they’re doing vaccinations again too. I was the only one in line, and saw a single person sitting, waiting for a vaccine, and I was given the big sigh, “Can you pick this up tomorrow? No I need it today sometime. Ugh, ok. It’s going to be after 5:00.” I guess today the two associates can’t handle prescriptions AND vaccines (I know that would be crazy). If they’re stretched too thin now, I can’t imagine the service when there are multiple people there for pharmacy and vaccines! It’s really a shame.

The Pharmacist Samantha, has honestly got to be one of the most rude and cold pharmacists I have ever experienced! Absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated by her, not only was she condescending and rude but refused to provide information regarding my prescription as well as refused to let me speak to her supervisor or manager. She was not willing to help at all, and on top of it was incredibly short with me, treating me like I was incompetent because I had never been prescribed the medication before. . I sat on hold for over 15mins waiting to speak to a supervisor, but I believe she just left me on hold on purpose. Disgusted with the service especially from a so-called professional!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!
The PITS, if I could give them Less than 1 Star, I would!!
It took 4 days to fill a script, literally 4 days!! Something CVS, Walgreens or any other pharmacy would do in an hour, maybe next day at the longest!
After explaining this scenario to a visiting pharmacist named "Aubrey" the response I received was; "So what would you like me to do about it?"
NICE ATTITUDE... NOT!!!
Customer service & care at it best... Sorry I put you out Aubrey. Sorry I expected you to actually do your job too!
I will take my business, prescriptions included elsewhere.
No one should have to tolerate Aubrey's blatant disconcern and disrespect, nor his miserable, piss-poor attitude!

The deli customer service at this Publix is extremely poor. A Young black gentleman who immediately had an attitude upon my arrival waited on me. He clearly does not want to be working there his body language shows it. I told him I wanted mustard on my sub twice didn’t receive any. When he was finally done making my sub he handled me my sub and just looked at me with an attitude. I will not be returning to this Publix.

Deli is the WORST!! no sense of urgency and the manager does not care at all. Never enough employees working at key times like lunch or after work . I would get deli meats more often if I didn't have to deal with the long wait
