I was staying at this hotel as part of a conference. I arrived late, but thankfully was able to be seated right away. The waitress was very nice and took my order promptly. The burger and fries were great.

Amazing food!!! Absolutely one of the best meals we had. Can’t wait to go back. Tempura shrimp was amazing. Wonton nachos amazing! Lamb was fantastic!

We have eaten here a few times now and have loved it each time. Great food and drinks, nice atmosphere.

We enjoyed a quiet dinner for two on a weekday evening. The server was very responsive and helpful. The food (I had the Taco special) was great and plentiful.

Saw people at the bar but dinning doesn't start till 5:00pm. Had a ribeye and a filet both perfectly cooked. Meals were great and the service was too.

Philly cheese steak in pretzel bun was phenomenal. Mustard had some bite!

I am not surprised by the many low reviews from 2020/2021, but you need to give them another chance because they re-vamped! The Concourse experienced staffing shortage during COVID which affected the atmosphere and service. As an Elkhart local, I had faith, kept coming back, and to my relief, Concourse has surpassed any of it's predecessors. I have to give a shout out to three staff members: John, Katie, and Hannah. John, their general manager, has helped to recruit and hire some of the best staff Elkhart has to offer. Katie runs an efficient bar with delicious drinks. Full disclosure, I don't know if she actually runs the bar but she's always there and always running around, so I am assuming. Our server Hannah was phenomenal. She was thorough yet quick, knowledgeable, and hilarious.
The atmosphere at Concourse is laid back with a hint of upscale. They have bar, outdoor, and indoor seating. The "patio" is covered and has a decent view of the lake. If you go for lunch, be aware that the public beach is close so it can get loud with children. The indoor seating has huge floor to ceiling windows, a gorgeous fireplace, and cozy booths. The bar has a lounge area, long tables, and a decent amount of bar seating.
The menu is "pricey" because you are paying for quality. We started with drinks. The beer menu is nice, they have decent wine, and their cocktails are creative. My mom really sipped her margarita and Hannah made sure to ask if she could get her something else because she wasn't sure if she liked it. Rest assured, the margaritas were very good, we just drink slowly when we know we have to drive in this town! The menu is not huge but it is diverse and everything I have tried has been delicious. I cannot recommend enough things from this menu! For appetizers, always start with the tuna nachos. The spinach and artichoke flatbread is so rich and delicious; a close second. I love their wedge and whenever I order it with the petite filet, it's cooked perfectly and enough for a meal. I couldn't choose one item on their sandwich menu- I have had everything and it is all amazing. The entrée menu is equally as amazing. Hannah recommended the walleye, which was flaky, breaded just enough, and pan fried to perfection. My husband got the braised lamb osso bucco for the first time, and it did not disappoint! Few extra things: my mom left her to go box, which they hung onto rather than throwing away. She was so relieved that when we returned ten minutes later, her walleye was waiting for her. My dad also forgot his glasses and Katie went the extra mile to let us know that she had them for us.
Call ahead to make a reservation in the summer as it gets VERY busy, even on weekdays. You will not be disappointed!!

My wife and I come here every year for our anniversary. The food is always cooked perfectly. Even though the menu is kind of small, I still feel like they have a good selection of choices. I recommend getting the trio of soups and the ribeye. You won't be disappointed.

It was difficult to choose my entree because they all sounded so delicious. I asked the waitress what the chef's favorites are and ordered the filet, his top choice. Not only was out perfectly cooked, but the presentation with the included accompaniments was top notch. The flavors paired perfectly. The creme brulee dessert was one of the best I've had. We were very comfortable in the spacious dining room and enjoyed attentive service.

Nick was our waiter and he was GREAT. The food was top shelf and the outdoor atmosphere wat tranquil and stunningly beautiful. Cole was a busser dude and was an awkward specimen, but nice enough. We'll be back, often.

We had a rib eye that was done perfectly the flavor was so good. It was served with mashed potatoes and asparagus. To end the meal we had a lemon cake.

Nice looking place. Seating comfortable. Staff friendly. Meal took over 1.5 hours to be completed, and we took our desserts to go... food was pretty good. The 14 oz dry aged streak was well prepared (rare) but sliggtly underseasoned, and mashed potato, brocolini, mushrooms prepared expertly. The veal scaloppini had mushy breading but with the pork well cooked...not overdone and its veggie sauce was very incomplete seeming...meaning it tasted like a just barely cooked veggie medley...not like a sauce...the flavors did not marry.....it was not bad but not good. The cheese appetizer was good....the 3 soup appetizer was excellent. Our waiter was friendly but perhaps over stressed? He seemed to be gone for long periods of time.....possibly on purpose for a relaxed dinner? Since it took over 1.5 hours it was certainly not rushed.
Price was a little high for the overall affair... not bad but expected about 15% less for what was received.

Update: 2nd dining experience: had pear salad, sub goat cheese and add chicken...lucious. the chicken and wild rice soup stellar. The pork chop perfect. The dining experience is still very slown paced and relaxing. The caprese salad with fresh mlzzarella...sublime.

Excellent dinner! Eight people were served eight delicious meals. Eating at all restaurants in Elkhart Lake, the Appetizers, salads and entrees did not disappoint. Salad had the freshest ingredients, steak was tender and delicious, salmon, veal were all well prepared. For a nicer meal in Elkhart Lake would highly recommend!

The chicken with risotto was excellent with the pear salad was the icing on the cake. I can't believe how yummy the food is there.And the service. BEYOND REPROACH.

We had the whole restaurant to ourselves on a Saturday afternoon!

Had a drink here with some friends. Very nice place at the Osthoff Resort.

Had some beers and talked with the locals.
Also had a burger that was excellent, next time going to have the tuna poke 😋 Had the tuna poke and it was over the top!!

I had the pleasure of working here for 2 years. I Love this restaurant, the hotel which is OSTHOFF RESORT. It is such an intamite place to eat. The Chef De Cusine, and Sous Chef there are a gem to the Wisconsin Culinary scene. The menu and features there are amazing. I recommend staying at the hotel and having a date night at this amazing restaurant.
