Altona Supper Club

We had Altona cater for our wedding this past weekend and all I can say is Altona was outstanding! They were there early to set up, had plenty of (all very tasty) food, and were very professional. They communicated very promptly with us in the beginning stages of planning & from there they took care of everything related to dinner! They had many employees there to bus tables & kept the buffet line flowing efficiently, they had ceramic plates with real silverware wrapped in a napkin color of our choice, they exceeded our expectations! We didn't have to worry about a thing! Highly recommend Altona for your catering services!

This may be the best seafood buffet I've ever had. Be warned, this place gets PACKED but rest assured that the wait is definitely worth it. They have quite the amazing variety at an absurdly awesome price. I will most definitely be back to try their other buffets!

Excellent Friday night buffet. They were hopping to keep up. The price was right and the dishes were cooked perfectly. Sometimes buffet food is underdone cuz they are cooking it too fast but this was all cooked correctly. The buffet line was clean, especially the salad bar, and the staff also kept up with topping off the menu items. Great place to buffet!

We drive 2 hours for this wonderful Friday buffet! Delicious food, and accessible for wheelchairs. Call for reservations and let them know if you need assistance, they are very accommodating. Very reasonably priced.

Altona's Supper Club for dinner with family tonight. Great fish and salad bar. Loved the soup and rolls as well. Have never been to a supper club before,l. I have seen and heard about them. Stop in, especially on Fridays for the fish. There are so many different dishes to try.

Great good, and wonderful staff! The buffet was hot and fresh, the salad bar clean and well kept. Not to mention the delicious soup!

First, I wish people would refrain from negative reviews during Covid and short staffing, lack of available food items etc...

That said, WOWOWOW! Ate here last night, got twin lobster tails ! Came with potatoes, I chose twice baked, hubby got the seafood buffet. The BEST flavorful potato EVER. Even the fried chicken must be marinated before frying, the actual meat was loaded with flavor and tender! The coconut shrimp, as good as it gets. The salad bar leaves nothing to be desired, fresh eggs, grated cheese, somehow even the cottage cheese tasted better:)

The prices are EXCELLENT for everything you get including the lobster prices. They're smart, they buy in mass bulk, refusing to run out of anything, if possible. The staff and owners are SUPER, super nice and accommodating. It's about a 45 minute drive for us, but that's ok. I actually can't wait to go back!

Had a great time here as a vendor, always enjoyed it as a patron. Food is excellent! The shrimp was especially tasty.

Dinner service for a wedding was easily the fastest of any Supper Club I've seen. Unbelievably fast.

I've been coming to this place for years and I love it. However I always forget to do a review. I want to say one of the best places to eat and the service is excellent. My girlfriend left her insulin kit at the restaurant last night and one of the owners met us halfway and that was nearly 14 miles at 11:30 p.m. yes we drive 30 miles for good food. It's worth it.

Well first they were a supper club open on a monday which is hard to find. Second they had a buffet that night only 10.00 dollars (i noticed the lunch buffet for the day was 8.99) third they had a large salad bar as well. Buffet carried mashed potatos and gravey, corn, chicken, bbq ribs, shrimp, Salisbury steak, fish. The salad bar also had besides all the fixings for a well dressed salad... a pasta salad, potato salad, fresh fruit, cottage cheese, coleslaw, three bean salad, italian salad. As well as chocolate, vanilla, butterscotch pudding. Bread and the soup of the day loaded baked potatoe. All tasted great hot food was hot etc. They made sure the food islands were stocked. Staff was very friendly and very helpful.

Excellent place to eat. Food was great. They have a buffet and salad bar going. the food was top notch. Full bar as well with plenty of locals hanging out. Service was excellent, and I’ll definitely stop here again. As a trucker I definitely appreciate the mom and pop places like this. They are first class all the way.

Ate for Mother's Day and was very well organized as we were told 1800 people were eating that day. Food was delicious although a few bites were very salty. One woman in a wheelchair was ahead of my husband and put her fingers in the food while pulling herself along. Her aid was trying to help but it still was not a good thing. Would have liked an employee to put a stop to that but they were all busy.

Altona Supper Club catered our wedding at Carstens Mill in Brillion. We had beef tips and chicken cordon bleu which we were able to sample at their restaurant in New Holstein beforehand. Our guest count was around 170 and was able to do a buffet from start to end in 90 minutes including clean-up. The food was amazing and they even passed milk out during dinner (such a midwest touch!) They were very easy to work with, gave us some leftovers afterwards and their silverware/glasses on the tables really added a nice touch to our decor. Our guests loved the food so much that some went and got breakfast there the next morning! I would highly recommend!

Absolutely love this place! The staff is top notch. Seriously, always friendly and makes you feel so welcomed. Food is great. Always fresh on the buffet. Bar atmosphere is great. Absolutely a 10/10!
