Todd and Michelle are amazing.

They came in at a very stressful time when I had extensive water damage and they developed a detailed plan of action to address the situation. They know the insurance and mortgage companies, their processes, and their people. The insurance adjusters respect their expertise and that goes a long way in getting the maximum recovery for their clients. They know when to push back and ask for more and when to just make a deal. I am 100% sure that I would not have received the amount I did without their assistance. Their work is worth every penny and then some. Rarely do you find professionals that outperform their fee. Todd Jackson of Fox Public Ins. Adj. has been doing a great job for us. I was reluctant to sign-on, and am pleased that I did. I didn't have much home construction experience and had no experience with the administration of residential disaster claims. Todd clearly does have the requisite experience skill set, saved me countless hours, and managed to work with the insurance companies' claim settlement processes to achieve what I think have been high-dollar values. And I really appreciate that he always seems to be available for phone calls, to answer questions and to review status. Well done.

After hurricane Ian my husband and I thought our insurance would cover the losses. When Charlie hit I had absolutely no problem with the insurance company that I had at that time. Unfortunately this was not the case now. Our insurance company has offered us very little with just about nothing being covered. Fox has taken care of the whole situation for us. I went to turn on our garbage disposal one day, and I could hear water dripping out of it into the cabinet below. A good friend told me to call Fox, and after a pleasant conversation with one of their team members who asked me to explain the issue, Todd was on his way to my house! He was there that afternoon, and had the paperwork for the claim filed the next day. He also arranged for a mold remediation company to come out first thing in the morning to make sure that the area under the sink and in the walls was completely dry. I cannot recommend Todd and his team at Fox enough! I know if I ever have damage in my house again, they will be the first call I make.

We had a roof leak in our home, water gushing in and I panicked! I didn’t know what to do and turned to a fb post asking my friends and family for help! I was referred to Todd and right away he called me to see our problem. He came out the SAME DAY to look at our house! He was very informative, answered all of my questions, very professional and friendly. He explained the entire process and what would be expected of us so I didn’t feel so anxious. On April 6, 2021, I was discharged from hospital recovering from COVID. My husband of twenty years died from COVID on April 10th. Everything became a burden including dealing with home repairs. As entering my home, the area between the living and dining room collapsed in addition to City of Port St Lucie Code Enforcement giving me a citation for roof repair. Someone referred me to contact Todd Jackson. Todd Jackson, owner of Fox Public Insurance Adjusters, Inc. was a ram in the bush. He treated the setbacks and anxieties with urgency and professionalism. The contract with Fox Public Insurance Adjusters, Inc. Company was signed on June 24, 2021. Within weeks, I received payment on June 24, 2021 to complete roof repairs. It was confirmation the honorable person was on the job. Before contacting Todd Jackson, a contract with another company was terminated. The unknown company terminated contract began February 2021 consisted of phones with no response, lies about case making headway and accusing me of not being patient. Fox Public Insurance Adjusters, Inc. received the final check with monies released Thursday, September 23, 2021. My house looks brand new. My heart is full with gratefulness and no regrets for moving forward with Fox Public Insurance Adjusters, Inc. During COVID, banks are limited with walk-ins and appointments for business transactions.
