I have dealt with a number of roofers over the years and have never had one where I could leave a positive comment. These guys are honest! And have reasonable prices. I 100% recommend them.

Brad's just completed our roof replacement in Atlantis in January, 2020 and I was very impressed with the workmanship and the attitude of everybody who worked on our house. Most of the guys in the crew have been with the company for over 20 years which tells me it is a good and reputable company. A few of our neighbors had used Brad's for their roof replacements over the past few years and they all recommended we consider going with them. This company has been in business for over 35 years so I don't know why there are so few reviews so don't let that scare you. On top of everything else, their price was very competitive.

Always leary of best price ,as we had several quotes and Brads was by far the best .Were pleasantly surprised. The Staff were great to work with and always kept us in the loop.. The roof guys were very professional . The work area always keep clean and organized. We had issues with the supplier, and the owner of Brads reached out personally to me and I firmly believe he did everything possible to expedite our delivery. We have had many neighbors complement on the finished product. We were very happy with Brads and would recommend them for anyone doing a re roof.

Brad's roofing just completed my new metal roof. Tyler and his crew were a pleasure to work with. The price was very competitive, work was excellent and I'm very pleased wit the results. The crews removing the old roof and installing the new were very careful with the property and that's much appreciated. Little needed follow up but what did was addressed right away. I wholeheartedly recommend Tyler and Brad's Roofing.

I used BRAD's roofing on my 3800 square-foot home. I found them to be competitively priced and I worked with Tyler who was very knowledgeable and was able to consult withme on the exact type of roof I should or should not purchase.

I trust Tyler in this company to deliver what they said they would deliver and delivered on time. Very professional and the roof looks great.

I would highly recommend utilizing this roofing company. I've heard a lot of horror stories of companies down in Florida who are ripoffs. Tyler and Company is legitimate, honest and was reasonably priced.

We had to wait a couple of weeks because they were backlogged with work but it was worth it. I never write reviews but they really deserve this one. They repaired a tiled roof of an enclosed entrance way that was added on before the house was purchased 6 years ago. It leaked terribly from a large skylight and mold was forming in several areas of the small entrance room. I think the job was bigger than they anticipated and took longer than we expected... in the end the job was very well done. Completely dry, the mold has not returned and they charged us as expected with no surprises, which was in itself a surprise. I thought they would hit us with hundreds extra when we saw how much they took out and replaced. All together a good experience.

So here it goes. After purchasing my home several years ago I had to install a new roof within about a year.

Had done extensive amounts of research and recieved quotes from about 5 companies.

Went from a shingle roof to metal for both the longevity and solar reflection (it makes a massive difference!)

In speaking with multiple companies. I completely dismissed several, who has slightly lower offers, as they came off way to salesy and I simply didn't trust them based on things they tried to tell me that I simply knew wasn't true.

It came down to Brad's and one other. I went with Brad's as the owner shared a personal story with me about how a carpenter who was working on his retirement home had used two completely different types of trim in one room. It may not have bothered some people. But it bothered him and would have bothered me. The attention to detail led to the owner having a discussion with the installer who then replaced and matched all trim in that room. That concern for attention to detail told me I was on same wavelength and went with Brad's as I know we had the same goal in mind.

Installation came and went and had 4 concerns after install.

1. Oil canning on roof was more significant than expected. In speaking with Brad's they did disclose to me up front that oil canning is very real on metal roofs, it doesn't degrad function. So I have accepted that.

2. A stretch of facia was rotten that they missed to replace, I called them, they came out and replaced, same week, great!

3. There was a 1-2 inch gap in peak of roof with wood facia that I pointed out as a concern that termites, lizards, specifically bees, or any other small creature could get into. Foreman said it was blocked from behind and nothing could get in, I said ok... less than a year later I have to call out a exterminator to have them come out and remove a hive of approximately 5500 bees (they didn't kill them, they removed them) that entered and exited at that exact point. That cost me $400 because I trusted the foreman's word. Shame on me.

4. Most important to me and why I am posting this review, above my front door there was a slight dip on roof overhang. It was pointed out at beginning as something that would be fixed. Install comes and goes, it wasn't fixed. In discussion with company they said they could have installed some additional plywood and installed before metal panels went on and at this point it isn't worth the trouble to me (me the client) to remove a few panels and fix it. It is just aesthetic.

Every day now when I leave and come back from work I see the dip in my roof and regret two things, that I signed off on completion of job without it being fixed and that I thought I made the right decision with personal judgement based on personal story shared with me.

Some may not notice the dip in my roof from the street, some do. Most importantly, I do, I see it every day and it reminds me of the experience.

I thought long and hard about this and the rating, it could have been much worse and they did come out and fix one of the above issues and at a later date to fix a small leak that popped up from a gap in caulking so went with 2 star vs 1.

If I could do it all over again I would have done it differently. Granted from my understanding the metal roof installers were a subcontractor that they hopefully don't use anymore.

You decide if this dip in the roof above front door would have made you decide against signing.

Extremely unprofessional! If I could give zero stars I would... Everyone from the staff to the owner should get out of the business. Do not go here as there are MANY other better options. Not sure how this company is still around as they are just outright terrible. They might have been good in the past according to the other reviews, but they no longer are. Do not waste your time!
