Purchasing through Brilliance was great! I loved that I was able to choose the diamond I wanted, especially since the setting I wanted was super simple. The process was easy but the Building and Shipping took a bit longer than expected: exactly 30 days after purchasing it was delivered. I called their customer service to make sure it was delivered before I needed it and they answered promptly and were super helpful.
The ring was 1.6C on a 6.5 finger.

My experience from beginning to end was amazing! The customer service person helped me prefer and design a custom ring for my 30th wedding anniversary. It turned out magnificent! It’s beautiful and unique. I have gotten so many compliments. Plus being able to pick a lab created Diamond was financially important to me.

I was definitely skeptical of the great pricing on their lab created diamonds compared to competitors. Especially considering the fact that I work for a large jewelry company and these prices are much better than what I would have gotten with my discount. Although it does take time for them to get your stone, it is so worth it. My stone matches the GSI report perfectly and of course is authentic.

We bought 2 pink lab diamonds from brilliance because the stones are absolutely gorgeous, no one can beat their selection and price. Believe me I’ve shopped around. Everyone there is friendly and always willing to help.

I spent weeks researching the best place to buy quality diamond for the best buck for my dollar, and after going through maybe 10+ websites I came across brilliance and not only their diamonds were good quality for a low price but their setting was also way way cheaper than their competitors! My fiancée loves her ring and I been recommending this company to my friends! I highly recommend if you’re thinking about buying a ring from them, customer service was also outstanding.

I have never purchased a loose stone before and I am overwhelmingly happy with my experience with the 2.3 ct Asscher cut diamond I purchased from Brilliance. I was pleased with the number of stones that I was able to pick from, the quality of the stone that I purchased, the ease of the purchasing process and my favorite part was the opportunity to talk to one of their gemologist for some advice on what I was looking for. If I have to purchase another diamond in the future I will buy from them again. I have only kudos to give with zero complaints.

I designed a beautiful platinum ring with a natural diamond. You just have to pick the diamond and the ring and they build it for you. The price was amazing compared to competitors. This was my first time buying jewelry online and I was definitely skeptical. It is nice to be some to see jewelry before you buy it and/or walk out with it the same day. However, what I was able to get for my money was so much more! I looked at 2 outlet stores before I looked online and at Brilliance. I not only was able to get a larger diamond (.75 ct. more) but the clarity, cut and color were all higher quality. I also was able to get it engraved with a wedding band and it was still a couple hundred less! Highly recommend!

I did a lot of research on lab created diamonds. Brilliance has the best prices. They had great customer service. I am more than happy with my ring. The stone is gorgeous and sparkles like crazy and I love the setting. We will be ordering again for our wedding bands.

Great experience with Brilliance. Diamonds are gorgeous! I ordered one then wanted to get a more expensive diamond, customer service said why because the one I already had picked out did not add more but cost more! I like that kind of honesty in a jeweler.

Amazing customer service and beautiful lab grown diamond + ring design. Exactly what my fiancé wanted. But seriously their customer service was bar none. They went above and beyond with communication and constant follow up. They never once left me feeling like I was in the dark. Emails and phone calls all answered in a timely manner.

Buying a diamond ring is a big deal already. Buying online, sight unseen, is a whole different story. They gained my trust and I couldn’t recommend them more.

Now if only FedEx, UPS and Canada post can get on the same page about shipping, that would be great…
