Wow the customer service here is exceptional. Greeted at the door and was told of all the amazing discounts and sales. Saw so many pieces that i will need in the near future for the house.

I went looking for mirrors for my home today at a Kirkland. Taylor was very friendly and helpful with my purchase today. Thank you Taylor for being polite, patient, and friendly.

What a great store. Fabulous decorative rugs, pillows, dishes, glassware, furniture, unique items to add to decor of any home. Nice staff. Prices are just fabulous. Plus there is an incentive program. I’ve become a regular!!

Was excited to find the last piece of furniture I needed for my new place. Checked out their website to make sure they were open at 8 pm on Saturday, and they were, but more importantly, found a 30% off coupon. Service in the store was amazing, even helping us load said purchase into our vehicle. Plus, I have earned $10 off in rewards points and received a 25% off coupon for my trip to get Christmas next week. Very pleased with this store and Kirklands in general. Thanks to the Saturday night team (possibly worst shift) who were only amazingly helpful and concerned about my needs and satisfaction with my purchase!!!

Beautiful store!! We went there today looking for a bench for our business and we found a gorgeous, rustic wood bench. The sales associates were very helpful and professional. Honestly, I loved the store so much I wish I could live there!

I love the store as far as shopping but even more for their employees. I was at the store and needed some medical attention and I'm so happy with how they handle the situation . A huge shout and thank you to the two women working on 7/ 31 and Tara a customer who was excellent !! Thanks again

First time going in this store and I loved it. Erica is the best and such a vibrant individual. I loved her enthusiasm and willingness to help. All the employees were helpful but she just brightens your shopping experience and is very helpful.

Great store with lots of options and good prices. They keep the store very well-maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful, but not in the way while you look around. They always great sales and deals going on.

I went in to look for accent pillows and the salesperson was very helpful finding the pillows. I also saw a painting that could go in my family room. I love going to shop there. The salesperson told me the pillows and painting was on sale. Great place to find something for your home.

The best place to shop for fun and beautiful hone decor. The staff is fun, energetic and most of all caring. I’ve never left there feeling disappointed at the customer service I’ve received. Brad, the store manager takes extreme pride in the store and his employees. I would recommend this store to ANYONE and EVERYONE.

Great selection of items. Unbelievable sale today. The staff were so helpful. My daughter and I left there with some great presents, things for our homes, and wishing we had more time to shop.

I have had the best experience shopping at this location! The customer service is incredibe! From the time i walk in to the time leave. I went into the store 4 days straight this week 😏 The manager went ABOVE and beyond trying to help me find a plant I saw online! After 20 mins, he came from the back with 2 ! The lady who checked me out gave me instructions on how to hang the canvas portrait and offered to help take my purchases to my car. If this isnt customer service I dont know what is. I will continue to drive a little further to this location. Thank you for making this a fun experience Boynton Beach Kirklands! My house also looks fantastic!

Love everything in this store. My home is slowly become nothing but Kirklands. Theres always have new stuff to shop for from furniture, to wall decor, tables, chairs, etc. When you walk in the store you get a scent of amazing smells, great customer service as they are always nice and friendly. You feel welcomed and not overbearing like some of the other store where they watch your ever move. You actually get to gaze around and see things without being stalked down. Its peacful and relaxing shopping experience. Very pleased with this store. Thanks guys!

I must say that all my shopping experiences at Kirkland's, Boynton Beach, Forida have been nothing but excellent. However, today's was truly exceptional! I ordered a painting on line, to be delivered to the store. When the salesman, Derek, who normally works at the Wellington store, unpacked the item, we saw it was damaged. He immediately called customer service, on my behalf, and had my account noted so that i could reorder the item again, at the price i originally paid and not the normal price. He took the initiative and went beyond the norm, making an already loyal consumer very impressed. Kirkland's should be proud to have him in their employ and i hope that management will read this review and somehow commend and/or reward him. THANK YOU DEREK!

I really wish I knew the 2 woman who not only greeted me but helped me with shopping around the store since it was my first time there ! They let me know about the sale going on and we’re just the nicest people !

We have shopped here many times this time we bought a beautiful mirror for the guest bathroom. They have a great selection of area rugs, paintings, mirrors and many diversified items for the home
