Appointments at Nguyen Medical group are always a positive experience. They give personal service, listen attentively to what one says, and address the underlying issues. Good questions to gather the details one does not think to mention. It is a positive interaction with everyone on the team.

I was always treated with great care and courtesy, never had to wait more than perhaps ten minutes at the most to be seen. I am very pleased with the professional and also personal service of the entire Ngyuen Medical Group and would always recommend their service to other future ;patients.

In my first visit after years without having a primary care physician, I was pleasantly surprised by how much time was taken with me to cover a long list of items with which I had concerns. It really felt like I was being heard.

I felt very comfortable discussing everything and everyone on the staff that I've met has been exceptionally friendly, welcoming and competent. You can tell that the staff works very well together as a team and has great faith and trust in each other. I consider myself lucky to be have found them.

Both my wife and I have joined this terrific practice. Caring, savvy and totally committed to your health. Excellent medicine practiced here!

Had a basic wellness appointment with Dr. Susan Nguyen, what an incredibly kind and warm person. Made me feel at ease instantly. She took the time to talk with me, reviewed all of my medical concerns, and was incredibly patient in helping me tackle my needle phobia. The front desk staff and nurses are all AMAZING- kind, gentle, and extraordinarily empathetic. Accepted my insurance, no problem. I have pretty bad doctor anxiety, but actually can't wait to go back for my next wellness check. Would recommend this office to everyone!! 6/5 stars for sure.

Dr. Thomas Nguyen has been my Primary Care Doctor for 4 years and he has been available and helpful whenever I have needed him. He always provides referrals to specialists if needed. His staff is top notch and the office is clean and welcoming. I recommend the Nguyen Medical Group to anyone looking for a new Primary Care Doctor.

I was away from home on a road trip with my spouse when I realized that I forgot my blood pressure medication. I called the office on a Saturday outside their normal hours of operation and left a voice message explaining my situation, about 5 min later the Nurse called me and was able to send my prescription to a pharmacy of my choosing. I am extremely happy that this Dr. Office really cares for their patients!

Dr Nguyen is great- thorough, to-the-point, listens to you and is very thoughtful in his recommendations and follow-through. Clean, orderly clinic and friendly staff. Didn't have to wait to be seen. Would definitely recommend!

Having gone through many primary Doctors it was refreshing to have found Dr. Nguyen and his staff. They are all very professional. During my visit I didn't feel rushed, the Doctor took his time and asked me all the right questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Nguyen.

He has been my doctor since I moved to Boynton beach in 2014 with his Dad, I was very sick at the time and going through all my medical condition I feel so much better today,
