Mark did a great job working with us to help us find just the right patio dining and lounge seating sets. We had a very hard time deciding between quite a few great options, and he was patient and helpful throughout the process. He also told us about the sales that they had going on, and he made sure that we got a great deal on our purchase. The 0% interest they offer is a nice benefit also. I highly recommend this store for any patio furniture needs.

Excellent. We were looking for a smaller outdoor seating of a couch and a swivel chairs for our screen porch. Todd in the Boca store immediately showed us our alternatives. We liked what we saw but still wanted to look at others. All the other stores could not match their quality or prices. Everything was delivered within the week, as promised.
I had checked their reviews but they were all so positive I was wondering if they were for real. I think they all are.

We worked with Michaela, the store manager. Outstanding, she definitely knows her products, she seems to have good taste (we will see when we receive the furnitures). She was very kind and very professionnel. Great advise without pushing too much. We think quality/price was excellent.

My husband and I recently had a fine experience with Rooms To Go, Boca Raton. We have completed a major refurbishment of our patio and herein included new sets of Lake Como dining and sitting area furniture.- Placed the order in the beg of March. Salesman Todd handled the order, he was very product knowledgeable and answered our questions well. Punctual delivery app 10 weeks later which included assembling and installation. A few glitches including non-delivery of a side table and a parasol base. - What first looked like a back-order delay of several weeks was immediately corrected by store manager Michaela. She went out of her way to correct the mistakes and next day my husband collected the missing items from show room inventory. - We are very satisfied with the service we received from Michaela and her team.

Was a bit hesitant on going here, thought it was going to be a rip off. I was amazed at the quality of the furniture. It is not cheap but it is not ridiculously expensive. We went to several other outdoor furniture stores and we did find the ridiculously expensive ones. RTG outdoor furniture store was a great experience. Our salesman Mark was truly the reason we went and purchased what we did. His patience and knowledge was a pleasure to deal with.

Jorge Benitez, the sales person, was exceptional, informative, and very professional. He was very thorough and giving us all the options and pointing out the specials that we could be able to get when buying our patio furniture. Will definitely return to the store again and recommend friends.
