I don't usually write reviews but the service was so exceptional I had to give them credit. Carlo the new owner advised me of an issue with my shirt where it would have been damaged by dry cleaning and that I should have it hand washed instead which costs less. This is how you treat your customers.

These people do absolutely everything they can to take care of their customers. I have accidentally brought them damaged shirts which they didn't clean knowing I wouldn't wear that piece again. They have also expedited orders when an emergency arose saving my butt in the process. HIGHLY recommend these guys.

The worst dry cleaning service. Even one star is too much. I left my husband's Brioni jacket for dry cleaning and some tailoring. I came to pick up the jacket three times. The first time they cleaned the jacket but did not remove stains that they had noted. The second time they cleaned a little better but did not remove all the spots and forgot to do the tailoring. The third time I took the jacket and paid by credit card. They charged a fee for using my credit card. But I had asked before if they charged this fee, and was told that the price is the same for cash or credit card. Very, very bad service.

Do Not Use Royal Cleaners!! Reported business to Better Business Bureau. Ruined expensive dress. Brought expensive dress in for spot cleaning only. William Juhn, owner, mgr. said he will wash the dress, has been in business over 25 yrs and I know what I am doing. Called before pick up, he said all good. At pick up, spot still there. He then said will check dress for dry cleaning, I said what about the beading on sleeves? He said he will protect it. Again, I called before pick up, he said all good. At pick up, the spot gone but the dress is ruined, the beading all melted, discolored. I told him he lied, he said he would protect the beading. He was obnoxious, arrogant, wouldn't talk to me. I called him from home, he was rude, hung up. He should not be in a people oriented business.!! Certainly not a credit to the business community. He did not respond to Better Business Bureau, I will take this incident further to prevent others from this incompetent business and unprofessional, arrogant owner.

NO EXCUSES FOR THEM. Nothing you value should be taken here. The owner, William, is wrong and arrogant (the mgr. Angie answers to him). They ruined a blazer that had a small amount of trim on it. He said that I should leave it for him to try to mask their mistake with shoe polish. When I went back, it still was TERRIBLE. I said he should offer something for DAMAGING IT and for their mistake RUINING IT, but he was rude and didn’t care. He certainly doesn’t deserve to be in a business of ANY responsibility, especially working with people and their belongings. AVOID THIS PLACE.

SAVE your quality items and DO NOT GO to Royal Cleaners (new ownership.) My silk pants are destroyed. They came back pressed instead of steamed, stretched in weird places like water marks with pocket imprints. The microscopic pink pen stain on the side pocket has now turned into a much larger pink blotch. a new, rather large and long, brown stain has been ADDED to the back of the pants along the butt area. Overall extremely displeased with the quality of work and now I need to new pants. Eileen Fisher silk is made to withstand regular washes and my pants still got destroyed, just something to take into consideration.
