My wife and I have each had chronic low level issues that asserted themselves last year. After trying other solutions and providers for months, we first walked in to Matthews Chiropractic in November.

Compared to the other provider I tried before, Dr. Matthews has been more insightful, effective, careful, and strategic in his approach, not to mention great company. He has suggested things that I've doubted, but which have turned out to be right, which is an important benchmark for me.

It can happen that you receive therapy and don't know how much the therapy helped, but in this case it is abundantly clear how much I have benefited from the treatment as well as the rehab exercises he has given me.

It's still a work in progress, but working with Dr. Matthews has given me confidence in my recovery. I have regained spinal flexibility in my low back which was locked up for a decade, I'm back at the gym, and getting better every week.

Great experience with Dr. Matthews! Especially after going to another clinic and leaving in pain. He listens and demonstrates the utmost respect to you and your well-being.

Dr. Mathew has helped me recover from a pulled hamstring, a torn meniscus and a fractured shin bone. I have done to him for personal training whenever I have been hurt. His facilities are clean and he is very intentional and nice.

The Front office staff, the Receptionist, greets you with a smile, kindness, and has a Great Personality that welcomes you in. My experience with the care provided by the Doctor was on point, address all of my issues with pain, and the problems I am currently having, listens to you, ask questions, and makes you feel comfortable, important, and completely cared for as a patient. Dr. Matthews is very professional and gives in depth assessment before treatment. He will also lay out a comprehensive plan of treatment to get you back in shape as soon as possible without skipping over critical recovery points. His acupuncture techniques are not entirely based on eastern medicine like most therapists out there--he also implements empirical medical-research for an efficient and safe treatment. Would highly recommend.

i have been here for few months to heal my sciatica issue , started with back pain and tingling down to legs and toes. Dr. Mathews is a beautiful human being, a skilled practitioner, and healer. He's caring and makes you feel comfortable and safe. After my first appointment with him, I had the best night's sleep in a while. His treatment made a profound difference in the discomfort and pain I was feeling. Until a few months ago I never had any back pain in my life. That all changed and the pain was excruciating! I called several places and Dr. Matthews was the only one to take this new emergency patient the same day. He evaluated me and recommended a treatment plan explaining everything. The relief was not immediate and he advised that it would not be but at least I was on a path to recovery! Within 2 or 3 weeks the pain was gone and a month or 2 later the numbness had disappeared. Still pain free to date! He is kind, compassionate and friendly!

Dr. Matthews is amazing! My husband and I both go to him and he’s the first chiropractor I’ve been to that explains why I’m having the pain, gives exercises for me to do, and actually wants me to get better so I don’t have to keep coming.
