Received 4 Covid Tests in mail from EZ RX After some research 🧐 I was told they are from Medicare and FREE everyone gets them on SS so my rating is for being Free I have never used Ez RX

SCAM company! Received notice from Medicare that this LLC charged a Covid test against me for $96.00 in January 2023. I never heard of this FL outfit and I live in NY. Reported it to Medicare!! FRAUD!!!

This is a scam company -they are billing medicare for covid tests that not only were not ordered they are expired. As you receive them please report fraud to Medicare
