Amber was also very accommodating and made me feel very welcomed! I cannot express how happy I am with my entire experience at LifeGaines! I felt comfortable from my first appointment. I saw both Dr. Hugo & Dr. Gaines and they both took their time with me, LISTENED and thoroughly explained everything. I made another appointment for a laser hair removal session with Amy and was shocked how painless the procedure was! She made the entire procedure comfortable. I have been through dozens of treatments at a number of other well known places, they were all previously painful and ineffective. I would highly recommend making a consultation appointment here!

Amy has been providing services for me for about 5 years. It is always such a pleasure to see her! She is very knowledgeable and well rounded. I always leave there happy. It was my first time going here, I will definitely be back. The laser tech Vera was great. Being that I’m familiar with the industry it was nice to see someone passionate about their work! I can easily give Dr. Richard Gaines five stars! My husband and I travel from VA to be under his care! Why would we do this you ask? When was the last time your physician did a full blood panel on you and then sat down with you for an hour to personally discuss your test results and plot a course for a long and healthy life for you? Dr Gaines and his wonderful staff are highly skilled and truly care about their patients! If you would like to live a long yet youthful and healthy life, look no further. Life Gaines is your place. I have been receiving treatment from Dr. Gaines for the past few months. My treatments were put on hold due to the pandemic, but have started up again recently. I have an autoimmune condition and I feel very safe with the precautions they have been taking. Dr. Gaines works with you to see what will help based on your individual needs. I have seen numerous doctors in the past and have gotten no where, but have already seen progress under Dr. Gaines’ care, and I feel positive that I will finally get better. Everyone in the office has a wonderful bedside manner and it truly feels like they care about each and every one of their patients. Dr. Gaines, NP Amy, Christine, Kellie, and Madison are all so nice and inviting and brighten up my day.

My husband and I give Dr. Gaines and his staff 5 stars! We feel so blessed to have found him and his staff! Dr. Gaines does a full extensive blood panel and sits with you and goes over it in complete detail! He is kind, patient and an expert in the anti-aging, health and wellness field. Dr. Gaines sets up a procol for you to help you achieve your best youthful health. Madison, Kelly, Christine, Amy and Shawna are sweet and professional yet you feel like you are visiting friends who truly care about you. What a great experience from start to finish. Facilities are first rate, the staff was courteous, professional and incredibly attentive. In particular I am very impressed and incredibly happy with service provided by Shawna Whelen, the Medical Administrator. She is professional, diligent and always exceeds expectations and she works hard to keep all of my prescriptions active so I can stay healthy. They make you feel like you’re their most important client! My highest personal recommendation for Team LifeGaine. 5 stars!!!

I got my touch up down with Vera today she’s amazing as always I would follow her around anywhere (literally) she used this new machine that was quick and painless for laser hair removal! The staff at the office were very nice and friendly! I recommend any and everybody to go they offer more then just laser hair removal which is great!

My service with Jonelle today was Extraordinary she has such great professional manners and unbelievable skills and knowledge when it comes to skin care. I felt truly comfortable in her hands.

If I could give lifeGaines 6 stars or over I would. To start off the staff is so knowledgeable, professional, and nice. Anywhere from the nurse Madison to Amy Steffey who did my lip fillers. They were all so wonderful, they guided me through the whole session. I highly recommend LifeGaines!!!

I’m really not sure where I should start and end telling about my experience with LifeGaines because it was wonderful and I could go on and on.
From the minute I arrived until my last procedure everyone was so friendly and I felt right at home.
The facility is spotless and run on a very professional bases with several good laughs.
Everything about my procedure was very comfortable and there was no pain at all.
I would highly recommend treatments at LifeGaines for body and mind improvement.
