I ordered Black Diamond gloves for my husband. The price was half of what EMS charged, the service & follow up was great! The product was perfect & I'm extremely pleased! The "thank you" card that was sent with my order was really sweet!! Definitely gave me the feeling that they appreciated my 1 item order!

Very satisfied with my purchase from the online store! I was stoked to see a small business in our neck of the woods selling the product I was looking for at a great price, in my size (usually not that easy) and Shipping was fast and free! I'll definitely be shopping the Aventuron site (and possibly store) in the future!

I just want to preface this by saying I am always very particular with most things I own and care about.

Aventuron has some of the most competitive prices on high end bicycles which is why I chose them from the start. I bought an All-city and when it arrived it had some minor cosmetic issues and ended up being too small.

Anton, Carl, and the rest of the team worked diligently to help me get on the right sized bike and made sure I was taken care of. Always answering emails and questions same day. And believe me I had a lot. Their customer service and attention to details is some of the best I've had the pleasure of dealing with from any company.

Do not hesitate to shop with them, I will 100% continue to buy from them as well as recommend them to others.

I had bought a pair of BAJIO sunglasses that was on sale over the Christmas holiday. When I was putting in the order, I actually made a mistake in selecting the frame color. I immediately contacted their support team to get this corrected. They were very quick in responding to my concern and got my order sorted out for me. Amazing team that focused on taking care of the customer. My sunglasses got here in no time and I was super excited. I would highly recommend buying from Aventuron again!

Fantastic experience with my purchase at Aventuron! I originally ordered a Simms jacket that was on sale for an upcoming fishing trip on Dec 1. The jacket was on sale for a crazy good price… then I got the email that it was back ordered. Sandy from Aventuron went above and beyond, emailing me back and forth offering other in stock items as a replacement. I told her about the date of my trip and she went into the office on Thanksgiving and mailed me an in stock jacket which actually cost more than the jacket I originally ordered. Well here it is a day before I leave for Alaska and I come home to a package from Aventuron on my porch! Way to go Sandy! Thank you so much for all your help and I definitely will be doing further business with this company.

I recently purchased a Yeti mountain bike from Aventuron. The entire process from start to finish was stellar. A phone call to the shop got me in touch with Anton who took time to answer all my Yeti questions and offered to size me for a bike at the shop. Once determining my ideal frame size, Anton verified available inventory and honored manufacturer pricing which got me the best possible price on the bike. After placing the order he kept me up to date with the shipping status and his estimated delivery date was accurate. When I arrived to pick up the bike 2 weeks later it was meticulously assembled and setup ready to ride. Anton walked me through all the features, organized all the included but unused parts and helped load my bike on my roof rack. This is a top notch shop with knowledgeable staff who go above and beyond for customers. If you are in the market for a new bike definitely give this crew a chance to earn your business. I will be a returning customer.

I really appreciate how quickly my order was sent! I ordered a sled attachment for a Burley trailer less than a week before Christmas with an estimated delivery of just after the holiday, (which was reasonable, given how late I made the order), but it arrived in perfect condition within a couple of days; before Christmas weekend!! Thank you, you made me look more organized than I really am …

Best shop around!
I was introduced to Aventuron by my fishing guide when my waders sprung a leak 2 years ago. On my first trip to the shop, the friendly staff set me up with a great pair of Simms at the best price around. Ever since then, this has been my go-to shop for all my fishing and outdoor gear. The Aventuron team has gone out of their way several times, making sure I get the item I'm looking for at unbeatable prices. Another awesome thing is that all of my online purchases have arrived quickly and usually shipped for free.

So I see a lot of mixed reviews on here and I will admit I was a bit disappointed at first. The jacket I wanted was in stock when I went to make my purchase. I emailed there customer service department and Sandy explained that it was going to take a few weeks for more to come in. I waited a little over a week and emailed her back didn't get a response until about two days later.

I asked Sandy if I could switch to an xl size as opposed to a 2x and she said it would be another two weeks however she did give me an option to substitute what I actually wanted and I was very happy with the way she handed the situation. Also keep in mind that she even responded to me during non working business hours so she did go out of her way to make it right. (Hey boss she deserves a raise) I promised her I was gonna give her the worse review EVER for her customer service.

Just remember that the customer service team is very small. If you have any problems get a hold of Sandy she will make it right and just be patient she will eventually get back to you.

I was looking for snowshoes for my granddaughters and happened on their site. The price for the ones requested were $20 cheaper than anywhere else. I was thinking scam so I asked about the shoes and Sandy got right back to me with info about them so I took a chance and purchased both pairs. They came in less than a week and exactly what I wanted. Sandy was a great help and I will be buying more for this site

I searched online for days for the perfect little umbrella, trying to find just the right color (not too bright a pink or purple), easy for her little 4-yr-old hands to hold (u-shaped), with protective tips for her safety. Finally…Oaki!
My granddaughter absolutely loved her new umbrella! My son tells me she never puts it down.
I loved it too. Great product.

Our order for sailing kit received immediate attention. We were surprised, given the timing, that the shipment arrived on time and in perfect condition. We couldn’t be happier with the price and excellent service!

I placed an order on some waders and was wondering why it was taking almost a month to come in so I contacted aventurons support team and they ended up having a stocking issue with those waders so they gave me multiple choices of waders from brands that I was interested in and one of them ended up being the exact wader I was shopping for but it was a bit out of my price range. They ended up shipping me those waders for no extra charge at the same price of the cheaper waders I originally ordered! Now they are on their way and should be here in 3 days! 5 stars from me and amazing support team with quick responses!

Stumbled on their site from Instagram and found a pair of waders on sale, a HUGE sale mind you. Unfortunately those waders experienced some delays, no fault of Aventuron. However, their customer service reached out and came up with a really rare solution.. a total upgrade at the same price as the waders I ordered. Shipping was prompt, but the customer service was out of this world the whole time. Very impressive in the “current climate” with terrible service from many retailers.

10/10 will purchase from them again

After not receiving my order, I contacted their CS and Sandy replied within 24 hours. She informed me that my shipment wasn't going to come before I needed it and helped me find a replacement free of charge. She was able to get it sent out so that I would have it in time for the weekend. I'm giving a 5 star for their customer service, specifically to Sandy. However, it was a bit frustrating that I wasn't informed of the 1.5 week lead time otherwise I would have purchased something different. Regardless, I got what I needed and happy. I will be back to purchase from them again.

This is a great place to shop, scored some excellent sailing gear for a great price, drop shipped straight from the manufacture.

Ordered an Orvis fly reel that was hard to find anywhere for a very competitive price. Received it exactly as advertised in just a couple of days! What’s not to like about great service at competative prices!
