UrgentVet - Boca Raton

We called on a Sunday and we’re able to go in immediately to Assistance helped get my German Shepherd out of the backseat car because she could not walk. We brought her in the vet came out immediately to introduce herself. She was kind, compassionate, gentle and understanding. I would highly recommend this facility.

The office was fantastic. Everyone was super friendly and easy to talk to. The vet gave us their professional advice without being pushy, which we really appreciated. they helped calm our nerves at a stressful time.
The office was spotless and the check-in was easy. Definitely recommend them.

Very friendly and professional staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Danielle the nurse was very thorough and very patient as I made my decision on care. Dr. Newman was also very thorough and patient explaining everything that was/was not going on with my cat. They were very clear about the type of care they recommended and costs associated with it. There was no pressure to do tests that were not necessary. Their prices are slightly higher than my regular vet, but since they are an urgent care, in case of an emergency when you can’t get to your regular vet, their prices are reasonable.

When my dog's primary vet couldn't accommodate us last minute, I came across Urgent Vet and I'm so thankful I did. Making an appointment online was really simple (they even take walk-ins). Not only were they fast, but they also conducted all the necessary exams on-site and provided the medication Romeo needed. If you ever find yourself in a situation where your furry friend needs urgent attention, Urgent Vet is the place to go. I just returned home with Kiki (in her cone) and we both LOVED this animal urgent care!!! State-of-the-art, clean, efficient and most of all a (chill) caring staff!! I could not have ever had a better experience!!

Not only was booking an appointment easy, but the staff and treatment was incredible! We were greeted immediately upon arrival and taken care of with such kindness and care. Dr. N was absolutely incredible in examining our girl
sunny and explained everything so thoroughly once her examination was completed. She went so far as to share what we should expect after our follow up appointment with primary vet along with the types of questions we are looking to have answered and the diagnostic testing that may be needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to handle sunny and us during an unfortunately scary time.

My aunt had just moved here from New York and her cat was refusing to eat or drink and was hiding under the bed for two days, until eventually she became lethargic and barely even raised her head. I took her to Urgentvet. The staff was warm and friendly and the doctor was extremely knowledgeable. They gave her IV fluids, and she was better than the next day! The whole experience could have been traumatic and stressful, but thanks to them it wasn’t. The cat is doing great! Thank you!

I’ve been here twice. The first visit was right after I found a mass in my dogs mouth and they were incredible and went out of their way. The Dr went above and beyond and the nurse was incredible. Today was the end of my beloved pets life and after the first visit I new that this would be the place I would take him when it was time. They are all wonderful and made a heartbreaking process the best it could be. Private, peaceful and made me feel comfortable and supported. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping my angle gain his wings. Highly recommend.

UrgentVet is an establishment that I highly recommend for anyone who has an emergency. I took my dog in who had a possible stomach obstruction. The entire staff was kind, considerate, and extremely helpful during my need. They took my dog in asap and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Took X-rays and called me within 1-2 hours with results. Good thing, no emergency surgery and said to follow up and will forward all notes to my vet. Again, highly recommend and if need, now I know where to go for urgent care.

Nice people, assistants, doctor. They saw us right away as a walk in. Compassion is very clear! Don’t try to push services that in my case couldn’t afford at the time. Without endangering my dog, game a solution and recommended to visit my regular vet for those services. They gave me what my dog needed for now and more tests should be done at my regular vet. Very pleased and my little Morkie was not intimidated.

I couldn’t be happier with the care and service my car and I received this evening. They got us in last min and were so nice, caring and knowledgeable. The vet and staff reviewed and explained everything along the way. Reviewed procedures needed and charges prior to preforming them. And I felt so comfortable having them diagnose and treat my beloved cat Leo. Leo was also calm and at ease while there. I’m so happy we found them and will definitely go back again if care is needed. Also, the prices are reasonable and much much better than other after hours emergency vets! Thank you !!

The staff and Vet we delt with were very kind and helpful in a very sad experience. We had to put our Ricochet to sleep. She was a good kitty and she will be missed. Urgent Vet was extremely compassionate and helpful. They guided us through the process patiently and professionally.

Dr. Neumann and the staff were great. We brought our Angie in because she was exhibiting very strange shaking behavior. The office was very busy with other patients, but they immediately took her back to assess her condition without hesitation. Dr. Neumann and team were very kind, caring, knowledgeable and thorough. They were patient with us and took they're time listening, explaining their diagnosis, and answering all of our questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of emergency/after hours vet care!

Wonderful service! I came here to see if they could help me provide any relief to my 5 month old puppy for some possible environmental allergies and they did an amazing job! By the time we got home I already saw some improvement. Everyone was so welcoming and treated Rigatoni with so much love and kindness ❤ The doctors and staff members from the minute we walked in were so kind to offer a ton of advice and treatment options while being compassionate and considerate 😊

Update: had to come back on 8/5 because my puppy had an incident at the groomers where they cut him and required him to get 5 stitches and treatment for an eye irritation. I can honestly say Priscilla and Dr. Jake Seeman are the kindest people I have met in this industry. Priscilla remembered us from our last visit and both of them treated my little pup with so much kindness and love, as well as us in this unfortunate time. They gave us the reassurance and peace of mind that we needed, they made us feel right at home and took the time to explain in detail the process that needed to be done, as well as all after care instructions. Priscilla and Dr Jake Seeman are angels in disguise! These two are passionate about what they do and it shows! Absolutely would recommend to all. Thank you UrgentVet and your loving team for turning tough times into positive experiences its so rare to find such kind people in the field now at days!

One of my cats was having urinary problems and we had to rush there. The exam room was the perfect place with soothing music and a calming scent for cats. The Technician and the Vet were amazing, they explained all the details to us along with the tests recommended to perform, both treating my baby in a very sweet way. I can't thank enough the staff for this extremely positive experience for my baby and us!. I highly recommend this facility.

Hate when my dog is sick but great to know that UrgentVet is available. Been here twice and same clean office and wonderful staff and doctor. Check in process was very efficient as well and cost options clearly discussed no surprises. The doctor was great with giving me all the necessary info to stop my dog constant digestive issues.

Just came from UrgentVet in Boca Raton after my dog experienced some unexpected comfort.

When I arrived at the facility I was greeted bu Bri where she greeted us at the door and took us to one of the rooms. From there Adrienne took over and was very polite. She listened to the problem and made sure that she obtained as much detail. All while doing it with a smile. The doctor was very insightful and professional in the matter. He was able to answer questions we had and gave his advice and treatment’s needed.

Highly recommend the facility and thank you to the entire staff for all the help!!

Great service! Clean and modern place. I am so grateful to now have a vet available on weekends and evenings that is reasonably priced with great service. I love the added touches like calming pheromones for the pets too! My dog Hanley had nausea over 2 days. Dr. Garcia, Melissa and Kylee were all super helpful and kind.

Nice to have it so close by, easy to make an appointment and no wait. Dr. Neuman was very nice and gentle and explained everything very well. She made us feel much better. Glad we went and would go again!
