I have supported Hoop Culture in many facets. From personal gear for myself to stuff for my family, and as a coach for my teams. I can honestly say I have yet to be disappointed and never will be. Their service is first class and personal. The turn around times are often hard to control in this industry, but somehow Hoop Culture finds a way to over deliver every time! Mike and his team are outstanding & the design and quality of the the apparel and accessories are phenomenal! I can’t wait to get more gear for Christmas!

These guys are fantastic! Have ordered from them multiple times and their products are great! I had placed an order for a special limited item for my son's birthday and didn't realize it takes a bit longer to ship. Realizing after that I may not have it by his birthday I called and explained the situation. They made sure I got it BY HIS BIRTHDAY and!!!! even sent a special personalized note from them all. Love the shirts and the sets they have to offer. Sizes run true to size and don't have those stretched out wide neck openings like a lot of other brands. Only thing remotely negative would be the shipping time frame. Takes about 3 weeks unless you wanna upgrade and pay more to get things faster but, that still doesn't take away from the quality of the products. So I'm still a 5 star customer reviewer!

I have ordered various products from this catalog. The quality of the t-shirts and sweatshirts are very good. A men's small is a true men's small. I have not washed anything yet, however the material is pre-shrunk. I still will not put in the dryer just to be sure. Customer service is very good. Only downfall is trying to get a live person answer the phone. I kept getting the recording for weeks. When I finally did reach someone they were very accommodating. Also, it seems that you must order on the weekends as that is when they run their specials. Otherwise, I will definitely be ordering more items from here.

Absolutely the best experience I've ever had with any customer service staff. They were able to effectively send me different items when they became available then waiting a whole month to send me everything together. There staff even called me when we had confusion instead of just emailing me back and forth. If I could advertise for this company and wear their gear for them I would 100% do it. This was a phenomenal experience and I definitely will be buying more from them.

I placed a order of 3 shirts in M unfortunately one of the M shirts were out of stock even tho it allowed me to purchase. I was contacted by an associate who informed me of the issue and took care of me. When I thanked her and informed her she made a young man's bday she was able to throw in a little extra. That was wonderful service.

Bought 11 shirts for my son for Christmas. He opened it and loved them all. Some shirts took longer to get back not a reasonable time. Loved and will be shopping for more once the other ones he wants restock.

Absolutely love Hoop Culture, the company is full of people who just wanna boost the basketball scene and provide fantastic clothing. They will be as big as Nike and Adidas one day, the quality of their products are just as good if not better currently! Constantly buying more and more off of their website!
