I would really like to take a moment & commend Ashley the Pharmacy Operations Manager for her stellar service. I had a really bad experience yesterday & I called today really HOT. Ashley, let me talk, did not interrupt me even when I interrupted her, she stopped talking & let me talk. The fact that she listened to my concerns & took my feedback seriously to talk with her team in order to provide a better experience for customers when they come in speaks highly of her character & the fact that she wants to be an amazing manager. Thank you Ashley, don't give up because you are going in the right direction.

The pharmacy on 434 Longwood has improved 1000% with the new Employees and Pharmacist involved. Prior to this improvement we people of color could be standing in line waiting to be helped and you were passed over for someone of else. You couldn't get your prescriptions in a timely manner. High praises to this staff in their professionalism to customers. I personally Thank each and every staff member who contributed to the improvement of this particular pharmacy. Again Thank You!!!!

Mitchel was amazing with great customer skills. His ability to solve our problems was above and beyond of what we can ask for. Especially today on Christmas Day he had so much patience and happiness. My husband and I enjoyed our visit to Walgreens. Today he helped us out at the photo dept

This Walgreens has been the best hands down!!! Only issue I have EVER had was a miscount of my meds which was fixed promptly. So my advice is to count your meds because human mistakes happen...no biggie. They have always been helpful and polite.

It’s always a delight coming to this walgreens. I love the pharmacy staff. I’ve come here twice with new prescriptions and the pharmacist, Sarah, was so helpful. The first time it was after a work related incident. I was worried but she calmed my fears and explained everything about the medication. She’s always so professional, friendly and nicely dressed. All of the employees are great! I’ve had great encounters and wonderful service from Chanell, Jessica, and Allison. I noticed they hired a lady store manager which makes me happy. She’s so friendly and you know what they say, girls run the world.

Love this place! I walk here with my brothers about 3-4 times a week. We have become quite acquainted with the staff here! The staff are very kind and helpful. Marueen is amazing! My brothers and I absolutely love her! She is always very kind, helpful, and we love talking to her! She's a very good friend of ours now! I also really like the pharmacist with the long red hair, who's name I've forgotten because I am terrible with names... (Sorry!!!) I absolutely love her! She is always very kind and helpful as well! She's amazing! I love how when I go here, I don't just feel like I'm going into any store. I feel like I'm visiting good friends. They also always have what we need. Coffee, Creamer, Chips, Candies, etc. This will always be my favorite Walgreens!!

Great pharmacy with friendly staff

This is a very busy location, but it never feels crowded. The pharmacy staff is excellent, and the store is neat and clean. They are always willing to work with me.

The pharmacy tech Micheal was incredibly polite and knew his job well. Also, every time I've checked out the staff was always friendly. And I appreciate that a lot. Thank you.
