CVS

The pharmacist Connie was very helpful during a recent visit. I recently moved to Longwood and have been looking for a pharmacy that not only could handle my many medications, but had good customer service. Connie and his staff were polite, friendly, charismatic, and eager to assist. I had dozens of questions about my medications, and Connie assisted me through the entire process. This has to be one of the finest pharmaceutical drug dealerships Iv ever frequented. I will be back for sure! CVS is number 1 for a reason.

Never had a problem with this location. Always got my prescription. Has a good stock of useful items. Clean facilities. Friendly staff.

The pharmacists are usually very friendly and willing to help, even trying to figure out insurance messes to ensure we don't overpay for the medication. The one pharmacist though, Jeff, goes above and beyond every time I go in, he is the definition of friendly professional customer service.

I'd like to give credit where credit is due and I always enjoy talking with the young man in the pharmacy he's very polite very congenial cares about the customers. He does go out of his way to help us. Instead of criticizing I'm going to encourage the store they are in a very busy location in an area also where a lot of people are just plain rude. I did have a problem last week also and a woman in the pharmacy made it right for us which kept my son from having to go to the hospital so I greatly appreciate that and I do want to encourage the pharmacy to to continue on the strong points

This CVS became an UPS Access Point within the past few months and it was far more convenient to stop by and drop off packages during their store hours than drop them off at a dedicated UPS location. The experience was great and fast. I don't know when cashiers at CVS had pull double duty and become UPS customer service representatives, but God bless them!

My pharmacy team (especially Diego) at this location went above and beyond to help me in dealing with the incompetence of my insurance company and treated me with a level of kindness and compassion you don't see very often anymore. I'm super grateful to them and wanted to make sure I took time to praise them, as they deserve.

I have never had an issue with the Longwood CVS pharmacy and have always have found store staff to be friendly and helpful.

Received both of my Pfizer shots from here and the staff are very polite and quick. I would definitely recommend this location for vaccinations.

Took care of a prescription transfer in minutes the staff work their butts off here and I am so grateful they are this close to us

Steven was very helpful and he really assisted me with all my needs, I think that there should be more people like him in customer service.
