Going through a divorce is incredibly hard and scary not knowing what to expect, how things are going to turn out, and what it is going to cost in the end. I had put complete faith in Todd and he definitely came through for me. I was very satisfied with how things turned out. I felt he was very honest, knowledgeable yet firm when needed. Todd broke things down step by step and we focused on only the necessary things needed as we went along. I felt this helped a lot to keep costs to a minimum. I had Todd represent me years ago, to get full custody of my daughter. He delivered what he said he would. I recommend him to everyone that has some type of issues. The female court commissioner at that time was a real pain in the butt. No matter what my previous lawyer said to her, and the proof I had against my ex-wife, the C.C. just threw it all out. I dropped my lawyer, and hired Todd. That same C.C changed her tune when Todd came in the courtroom. In 2 court dates, I got full custody of my daughter. Attorney Basler was appointed as our GAL. I already knew of him from his good reputation. At first I was taken back because of allegations from my ex and then time went on and Todd really understood the case. Todd does not care about the he said and she said, he cares about the fundamentals. There is no fooling Todd which I love.

Attorney Basler worked through my recent divorce. My ex and opposing counsel pulled out all of the stops with legal maneuvering attempting to take my children from me and fight over every nickel when dividing property.

It is my opinion that my ex was very much trying to portray me as villain. She hired a female attorney, we had a female judge, and female GAL. If you want someone who is going to fight for you as hard as you would yourself this is the right man for the job. Attorney Basler is an amazing attorney who works hard and efficiently. He's personable but he's not someone who's going to tell you what you want to hear and then fail to deliver. We would not be where we are today without him as our attorney and we could not be happier with how he handled our case.

Todd is a father of 4 children, which I believe helps guide his efforts truly towards the "best interests" of children. His heart was invested in my case, and that went a long way for me. Todd was recommended to me for a good divorce attorney by two of my friends (classmates). I do NOT regret hiring him!! He is a God fearing, respectful, disciplined, go-getter, risk taker, results driven attorney. I must admit at the onset of my meeting with him for the consultation and then retaining him, I had a few reservations about him as I am typically an impatient person and like to see things happen immediately, but then Todd was able to reign me in and help me realize that things like divorce are a process and take time!!!!
