Happy to post a 5 star review for this location and their employees. My wife accidentally left her wallet behind after making some copies. She didn’t realize until the next day that she didn’t have it. After retracing her steps she realized that it may be in the store. When she called, Peter identified that he had the wallet in safe keeping. He went on to say how he had diligently tried to get a message to her that the wallet was there. Thank you, Peter, for you kindness and efforts to return the wallet. The world is a much brighter place with people like you! He is a credit to your establishment and an asset to the company.

I needed a new laptop and had no idea what to buy. Joseph was so helpful. I’m a Staples customer for life!

I am a 78 old lady, I called yesterday to get some information. Some gentleman Michael gave it to me and today I went to get some laser copies and this person Michael was the most kind and helpful in helping me all the way. Thank you for having persons like Michael 👍 👌 ❤

Great experience! My cashier Mary Ellen was so super nice, made me happy to shop there— I wish everyone could be that cheery and kind! Was buying a 2022 planner and it actually rang up less than expected which was a great surprise too.

I placed a print order last week & unfortunately their machine was down so they had to route the job to a 3rd party service to fulfill. Instead of it being delivered to my office, the order was accidentally sent to the store upon completion. Niki was very helpful and offered to personally drop the order off to our office. Mistakes happen and I appreciate that they went above and beyond to provide a prompt and no fuss solution to meet the orders expected delivery date.

My wife & I went to Staples attempting to return a faulty HP printer. We were greeted by the STORE MANAGER Peter. Once we explained our situation, we were unable to return based on purchase date. Peter continued to work with us, to complete this purchase. Peter went ABOVE AND BEYOND, walking us thru various printers. He even price matched the new printer for us along with suggesting the Staples app for additional money off the bill. Thanks to Peter's patience my wife & I will continue to frequent this Staples - 30190 US Highway 19N - Clearwater, FL 33761.

Everyone at this Staples are Awesome People! My Husband and I own a tattoo shop and come here pretty much every other day to every week. They always have everything we need and have great prices. Staff is friendly and very professional and treats us like family. I would definitely recommend this store for any of your business needs😊

I have always hated going into Staples to try and get something printed or done. Weather it was the staples in Naples or Tampa. Well I just got a new job up here in Palm Harbor. And I met the most amazing workers!!! Derek and Niki in the print shop have been the most amazing people to work with! They definitely know their stuff in and out. They have helped me out so much! Taking the time to explain why they can't do something or giving me ideas to make it better. Even when its super busy both of them know how to handle every customer and make sure everyone feels like they're getting taken care of. Thank you Niki and Derek, you two have seriously saved me so much!!! From the crazy new GM across the street that's always needing something done lol. These two should be sent to every Staples and teach other employees proper customer service and all their knowledge and The print shop.

Store is well laid out with friendly, efficient staff. If you can’t fInd something, ask. They will help you. I’m a member of the rewards program and I bring my used ink carrridges here for recycling. When I get my new ink here - and they do price match online or locally - I get $2 back in rewards for each recycled cartridge. I also get coupons via email to save even more on ink and other office supplies.

Recently our home phone was disconnected. I’ve tried unsuccessfully to change the phone number associated with my Staples account online. Today, Tracy changed it for me - fast, friendly, and efficient. I am never disappointed when I come here in person to do my business.

This location has multiple ways to get into and out of the parking area from 2 busy streets. It also has lots of places to park.

Happy to learn I bought the 462XL ink instead of just 462. You get double the amount of ink when you buy XL. GLAD I FOUND OUT. INK IS EXPENSIVE!

Had to make copies and was approached by an employee to help me. He was very helpful and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. I'm sure it would have taken me much of the afternoon. Needed 3 copies of about 30 pages. Also 4 copies of 15 pages. The man handled it in about 10 minutes. Excellent job.

Niki is everything. Staples is Staples: nice selection of what you need, but it's Niki the printing services staff that has me coming back. She is a solution finder and problem solver; very knowledgeable about what she does and won't stop until you are satisfied with your copy/print order. I will come back just for her!

Needed to have some pattern pieces enlarged, so I asked Nicky at the copy/print desk for help.
She was super nice, super efficient, and I was in and out in a flash.

Karl in prints was so helpful so friendly all above great amazing fast service ❤ I fully recommend and they were big big help with my wedding invitations they came out great and Carl was above and beyond can't say that enough hire more people like that

I stopped in for copy and print services and met Derek. First he was professional & polite. But most of all he went above & beyond to get my job done! Thanks Derek

After an employee at another office superstore let me down, I called Staples and Nikki assured me she could help with my print job. She was not only helpful, but she was kind. I won't waste my time anywhere else from now on.

Great Staples location, not just well-stocked on basics like ink, but the specialty services (print etc) are phenomenal, A++ will keep coming :)
