Wild Crab

Finally went with my husband. We didn't know what to expect. It was great! Drinks were amazing. We had an amazing server that made sure we were taken care of. The food was great. My husband had catfish basket and I had salmon alfredo pasta. We definitely will be back again!

First time dining tonight- pleased overall. I got a plate and didn’t partake of the 3-step menu items, but other members of our party did. I was highly satisfied with mine. The rest had portions that left a bit to be desired, is our only qualm. Prices seem high, but it’s seafood, so in the end it’s justified, but I think strategically you can get a lot for your money if you order the right thing. Great service!!

Gus & Kya was amazing. Gus, treats his employees with the utmost respect. As well as his customers. I've seen him touch every table checking for guest satisfaction. Kya is an amazing person she has great customer service.

Our server Montoya was awesome! She was very polite and attentive! I would also like to shout the Manager Gus! I sat back and watch as he hosted, served, worked the bar and cleaned tables! True meaning of a great manager! Kudos to you both!

The whole experience was everything! My waitress, Ms. Toya and Bartender, Ms. Jessica was on point. I also have to thank the chef(s) who prepared our food. Everyone had a pleasant attitude and I will definitely come back because of it! Way to go team!!! You all are amazing 🤩

Delicious food in a very comfortable environment with nice music and pretty good service and attention. Will be back for sure.

Our server Tia was very friendly and professional on this day, unfortunately we had a minor issue the day before, we were seated but never served. We left hungry and frustrated, but returned the very next day. The manager from the start, Gus sat with our family and got an understanding of our unfortunate experience the day before. Gus listened to our concerns and assured our family that future experiences would be improved as expected. Timely and courteous service is the difference today. Thanks Gus! You rock bro...

Lauren and Katelyn is the truth when it comes to superb customer service. Absolutely great with the recommendations and quick service. No wait at all to be seated nor for the food to arrive! Hands down the best lunch I've had in a while. Thanks ladies!!! Fried lobster ravioli is to die for. And my friend really enjoyed his burger too. The mild wings made me sweat in a good way. Definitely will be back, keep up the great work.

I love coming here! The food and atmosphere is amazing. I have never had a bad experience. Jessica was our wonderful server today for lunch with our kids and she went above and beyond for us. 10/10 for sure. We will be back!

Sooooo I am back again .This time I had Jessica as my waitress . Let me tell you she was so amazing that I only go when she works . The food was so amazing again I just can't stop writing about this place . The drinks are so on point . You will not be disappointed. When you go please ask for Jessica. Wild Crab is top tier as always. I went for take out and probably stayed 15 mins past the time after I received my food talking to the to go hostess Anaya who is absolutely wonderful. She is the sweetest young woman and beyond helpful. I spent way more than I intended to spend because of her being so sweet and helpful. Excellent Customer Service Anaya you have superior service and shout out to the kitchen staff. You did a great job today as well. Management you should recognize Anaya Jones for her perfect performance in Customer Service. She sets the bar extremely high!

Went on a Saturday around 4:30 before the crowd. Hostess was friendly and even moved us when we asked because the sun was blinding us. She even let me daughter have a free seashell from the basket at the front desk that was nice, We ordered the Seafod Cajun dip, and my daughter ordered the Kids Fried shrimp, I ordered the Grilled dinner with Shrimp, and my boyfriend ordered the Grilled dinner with Salmon, and we also got a half cluster of crab legs for my daughter in garlic sauce and 3eggs in Cajun sauce.

Our waitress Jasmine with the beautiful locs was so helpful, friendly and was quick getting us our appetizer,drinks and my daughters order out first. The reason I gave a 5 star was several people came to our table besides our waitress to ask if we needed anything cleared off and if we were enjoying ourselves and the food. Food was seasoned surprisingly well also. A woman named Marshawna came and chatted with us for a bit ,even Gus the kitchen manager who was passing by asked how our food was on his way by.

Overall, there were alot of waitress and waiters walking around actually working and checking on tables. Unfortunately we left before the dj started but next time we'll come later. I saw a sign about Happy hour special between Mon-thur 4:00-6:30 on the way out. that marketing poster was placed right in the front and I didnt even notice toll I was leaving , good place.

Great customer service from waitress and management. My kids LOVED the food - crab legs, shrimp, crawfish, and mussels. The mashed potatoes and Caesar salad were also excellent. Nice , festive atmosphere and ample parking.

While visiting from Florida my husband and I stopped in for a little "us" time while dealing with family stuff. We had the Lobster Dinner and the Cajun Salmon pasta and it was fantastic!! We watched a little football, listened to some music and had a wonderful time. Our waitress was very sweet and friendly and we really enjoyed ourselves. This place gave us a much needed break and we would love to go back.

DJ was my server and wow!! He did an amazing job! My food was so good! The best Alfredo I’ve had in years! The sauce was heavenly, the broccoli was fresh and just right. The grilled shrimp, damn! Order this you won’t be disappointed! The a Miami Vice was a 7/10 the pasta was a 10/10.

Nikki the Bartender is such a wonderful help. She suggested a drink called a Hawaiian Long Island which was tasty. Also the wings were delicious and crispy the way I like. Also she was just as helpful giving directions in the area… When you visit and love the bar ask for Nikki

Love the food, drinks, and Service, however their staff mainly Jessica who serves as waitress and bartender is the main reason I love to visit. She is amazing, friendly, kind, knows the restuarant and menu, and always willing to go the extra mile to please the customer with her creative bartending skills.

This is one of my favorites local spots for quick seafood. Jessica was and is that waitress and I always look for her when I visit because she makes the experience! On this visit, Jessica was her normal awesome self. She was not only the waitress, she cleared tables, and was the bartender for the night. She is a sweetheart and continued to smile throughout the night while she provided excellent customer service. Jessica alone is reason to visit Wild Crab - Hiram. Don’t lose this gem!

Only negative on this visit, it was freezing in the restaurant. We had to ask the manager to turn up the heat.

Great atmosphere. We got the happy hour bags of sausage, crawfish and shrimp in wild crab sauce and it was great and plenty of food. We also had Oyster Rockefeller which was great. We will be back for sure. Worth the stop.
