Always a pleasure

I can’t even describe the terrible contractor that put in our carpet. First the guy put a hole in our drywall and did not tell us! When we contacted Claerbout about it, they made the same guy come fix it and he NEVER FINISHED FIXING IT! My husband had to. Then we tried one more time to have our front hall flooring installed and Claerbout sent the same guy! Flooring was messed up, done incorrectly and I finally asked for a new contractor to fix it. Also the carpet done downstairs had bubbles. Also the stair nose at the top of the stairs is wrong. The old one was never taken off! So now after time, the new stair nose is coming off. For the amount of money I spent I could have gone to Home Depot, had less headache and spent at least $1,500 less.
