Some delicious food! Great variety and very reasonable portions for the prices. Located right by the water so very nice view if you sit outside. The bread that they serve is fresh and amazing! Service was top notch. The staff kept checking to make sure everything is good. Highly recommend the salteado in its different forms.

Great meal out on a rainy Friday.
Prompt service, excellent food and nice ambiance. We had the pork plate and lobster cannelloni, bean soup and stuffed pepper appetizer. None of it disappointed. It is a Busy place with good reason, make a reservation. Not quaint or particularly quiet, but still a nice date night out. Great valet service on such a cold, wet night.

This was our first time at a Columbia Restaurant and we’ll for sure be back, especially to this location as the views were amazing. Food was so good and service was great as well. Being on Sand Key, parking is not the most available, so there is a $6 valet, but it was worth it. We can’t wait to be back!!

My mom and I went on a mother-daughter trip and chose this on a whim. We had the best time. The drinks were so good that we are still talking about them and it’s been hours. We got the garlic shrimp, tomatoes salad, and the mushrooms since we were still a little off from traveling so much. But, we had to get the churros. As I sit here writing this review while eating the churros, I can simply say, this has been a top three Florida restraunt.

First time visiting. Really enjoyed. Lucky to get great table facing waterfront. They have many great cocktails. I had mojito which was fine...next time will try something else. Loved the mushrooms...lighter than they sound, had salmon in parchment but was more well done than requested...DH had delish gazpacho not super spicy and paella... was very good not great. They rushed to dump it onto his plate with heap of rice on top before we could even really see it in the lovely pan. We did get the very good side 1909 ? salad. Flan for dessert very nice and light. Beautiful decor and experience. Different than all the other Clearwater beach restaurants which all seem to have the same menu. Very nice waitress. No issues with valet.

This place was packed. On a Tuesday.
The shopping center it's in, doesn't have much if any parking. Valet takes up a significant amount. Most of the middle is "30 minutes for Shopping" and the other side is also Valet for a different restaurant. So do yourself a favor and just valet.

The place is cool for being so storied. The giant wooden frames on all the old pictures is very cool. The service is great. They are SLAMMED and still manage to be nice, smile, and actually speak with each table.

The food is good. All of it. Had 2 families eating and sharing plates so we got to taste/try a lot.
The drinks were good as well. Had pitchers of mojito and sangria. All made table side and all made well with fresh ingredients.

Would go back assuming I have a reservation and I'll make sure to valet upon arrival instead of looking for one of the small handful of spots.

The complimentary bread and butter was a nice start. Loved the Cubano and the Spanish black bean soup. Service was fine; nothing special. Parking lot is DREADFUL. Finally, we took advantage of the $6 valet parking in order to get inside the restaurant.

Ok. This was crazy busy when we came. Like tables are so close together (please don't sneeze!) You can nearly rub knees with your neighbor. So loud and like a scene out of a movie with all the hustle of restaurant noise.

But! So worth coming. Some food is better than others. We tried a lot of the favorites I think. I'd highly recommend a reservation!

The 1905 salad is a must! I will recreate this at home. It was a little heavily dressed but such a simple yummy salad.

The black bean soup is not a soup at all. Just black beans on top of rice but really comforting and nice. Tip it with some onions tho.

The gazpacho is cold in case someone doesn't know that. It was pretty good. I would only add cucumbers, tomato and croutons. My waiter added too many onions and it was quite overwhelming but good otherwise.

The croquettes were really good and should be cut in half and add a couple dashes of hot sauces. It's a must

I could skip the tapes sampler. It was good but I'd rather eat other things.

I am telling you.... you NEED to order the Empanadas. I could have been happy with the 1905 and Empanadas! Yep. They are that good. So do yourself a favor and get them.

The Snapper a la rusa is worth getting. I read the description on the menu and thought it sounded terrible. Boy was I wrong. It is so worth getting. It was really really good.

When we come back thos way this will be a stop for sure!

This place has amazing ambiance, perfect place for special occasians. Highly recommended. The staff is great and very friendly. The food is delicious and the quantity is decent. Dont forget to ask for recommendations and dont miss out on flan. We got the perfect person to take care of us. Very special thanks to Fred. We had great time.
Because the place is so popular finding parking during rush time is tricky.

The atmosphere was wonderful, the views from the deck across the waterway were gorgeous tonight. Our service was spectacular, attentive and professional. I enjoyed the chicken salteado, it was delicious. My wife enjoyed her ceasar salad. The key lime pie was amazing, extremely well presented. Thanks for a great dinner.

Feel in love with this. It has history, the place was so beautiful and very huge. The food was delicious, ambience was good, the service was spot on. I would more start if I can.

Newer restaurant based on the original 1905 in Ybor City in Tampa. Family owned, Cuban-Spanish menu. The old world decor is rich and beautiful with wood beams, tile floor, stucco walls, trimmed out with Spanish design tiles. Beautiful location on Clearwater inlet. Service is formal but casual and friendly. The food is delicious with selections for varied appetites and wallets. Excellent!

Lovely atmosphere and food! We arrived for our reservation at around 5, which is the time I recommend going before it gets too busy. We ordered the scallops, crab coquettes, and stuffed mushroom tapas. All 3 were delicious but the scallops in particular were cooked amazing. We got the mojito for a drink and also ordered the paella and pompano. The paella wasn’t anything spectacular but the pompano tasted good. Sitting outside has a gorgeous view of the ocean and overall a good experience .

Excellent food.
My wife & I sat out on the deck & we had wonderful meals . Good size meals.
Our waitress Debbie was excellent & attentive.
Only minor complaint was the glass of Sangria I had seemed to be watered down & had a single grape as fruit in a standard size glass, it is supposed to be served in a large goblet with black raspberries. A little pricey but worth it.
My wife’s margarita was excellent.

This restaurant was awesome. The restaurant atmosphere is fun and authentic. The food was incredible. Shoutout to our waiter, Sean. He was great. He was really knowledgeable about all the food on the menu, made some great suggestions, and really made the dining experience feel like we had special treatment. All the food from apps to desert were great. Definitely get the Chopped Tomato salad. Simple ingredients but amazing flavor. We will definitely go back anytime we take a trip down to the area.

Alexander was an amazing server . He's vibe set the tone . I asked to space our meal and he timed everything perfectly. My husband and I had a delightful evening. The bambino was cooked to perfection. Absolutely 💯 satisfied. Valet was on point two make sure you remember cash 💸 💰

Had a great evening with beautiful view bay! We ordered tapas selection and wasn't disappointed. For the calamari, request a side of a red sauce. They didn't have marinara or cocktail sauce, but rather they brought some roasted tomato and olive sauce that was sensational! It should be standard because it was so awesome.

The menu is hard to read because there is way too much information on it. However, they have excellent food, and the best key lime pie I have ever had in my life!

Ps. They used to do free valet. Now they don't. Not a good idea to take away something customers love, but managers make bad decisions plenty in the restaurant industry.
