I Love it here! My daughter started in January. When she started she was basically nonverbal and potty training was a struggle. Within less than a year it’s night and day difference. She communicates well is social and has done well with potty training. The staff are wonderful and I have never had a problem with communication and collaborative care. Speech therapy and occupational therapy available there and they are amazing as well.

This school is and continues to be the best school that I have ever had my son attend. The teachers (including the director) love and care for my son’s health, safety and learning experience. Every time I pick my son up from school I notice him speaking often, he is so happy to go to/from school and he’s so happy. We love this school. My son is happy and that is so important to me.

Little Steps to Bright Futures is a place I can send my children to without any worries!!!! I feel at peace when I drop off my children. It brings a smile to my face, when I pick up my daughter and she says “ mom I love my school.” Being in the education field myself I know this job isn’t easy. Mrs. Adriana and her staff really take the time to learn and love my children like their own. I appreciate the staff, professionalism and the quality of this school. Thank you LSTBF !!

I have had my kids at little steps for over 3 years ! My first son started when he was 3 and my second son was he was 1 . They both absolutely love it there and the teachers . Ms. Adriana the owner takes time to get to know the kids individually. My son had some learning behavior and she took the time to see what works best for him , even bought a book to try and learn more on ways to help him . I couldn’t have picked a better place to enroll my kids. They have done amazing job with Covid and keeping the kids safe as well and the parents informed. I have nothing but good things to say . I’ve even referred my friends kids there and they love it as Well !

Little Steps to Bright Futures is a truly amazing place! We are so grateful that we found it. Teachers are kind, professional and truly love the kids. My 4 year old daughter loves it, I always pick her with a smile excited to tell me about her day at VPK and aftercare. I can't imagine what I would do without their support. Thanks Ms Adriana (director), teachers and staff for treating us parents and our kids as family.
I highly recommend Little Steps to Bright Futures

I would recommend “Little Steps to Bright Futures” to anyone who is looking for a childcare facility. Not only did I work here but my first born attended this school when she was younger and I can’t thank you guys enough from the teachers, director, along with the owner Adrianna for all the wonderful memories. My daughter loved coming to school to engage in the daily learning and art activities. As a former employee and parent I am so thankful that schools like this still exist. ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Really great school to enroll your child in. Their App makes it extremely convenient to communicate with teachers and staff. My child and I felt welcomed since day one.

Loved this daycare for my child, if we didn’t move out of state, my daughter would’ve never left until elementary. A few bumps, with my daughter constantly getting sick. She had every daycare sickness lol !!! Horrible ear infections due to it. But I never had a problem with the teachers. Ms.stella and Ms.gladys are awesome. They care for my child and loved her. Help me with potty training even taught her Spanish. Even the language barrier, communication was simple and straight to the point . Ms.dale even taught my daughter sign language! Will miss them dearly !! I loved that it was small and each class was right next to the other. My daughter ask about them everyday ❤❤! The director was very professional! Easy to talk to and able to voice my concerns. Love the diversity of the children and staff.

I transferred my daughter to Little Steps to Bright Futures from a family owned daycare just before she turned 2 and she's about to turn 4, heading into VPK. She was in the beginning stages of potty training and wasn't too secure with change. However, the teachers here, welcomed her with open arms and made the transition a breeze, she was potty trained in less than 2 weeks. I've watched my daughter's learning ability and personality grow more and more literally by the day. I love picking her up and her telling me about her friends, the parties, the songs she sang, the playground, and the 'big juicy hugs' her teachers give her. Knowing this only makes my day stress-free, along with the fingerprinted keypad in order to enter the facility. I couldn't have chosen a better place for my child to adventure mentally and physically, Thanks Ms.Jackie, Ms. Sinada, Ms. Tameka, Ms. Venita, and Mr. James

They took very good care of my infant and toddler. Would still be there if I did not relocate.

The owner doesn’t respect any court orders or the well being of the children so if you have any custody issues don’t choose this establishment. She did however make Mrs. G apologize after Mrs. G laid hands on my child. She also only cares about the money and her protocols for a 2 week notice.

The owner of this establishment is very unprofessional and delusional. Many, MANY times they would take our checks, cash them, then threaten us with denying services to my child SEVERAL TIMES if we didn’t pay her. One time at drop off he was denied entry because of it and had I not had the owners personal number and messaged/called her (which she completely ignored) and showed on my phone to the lady at the door the checks that we paid them on my bank app he would not have been able to go into school that day. And whenever there was an issue it would take weeks for her to update your account to reflect the checks that she has long since cashed. It always took a minimum of a week from when we paid her for her to update that on the account/app. There are many other things that had happened, too. Like additional charges for holidays when my son did not attend, charging us for food when we told her that we would provide it, and even telling us at the midway point of this last summer program that tuition was actually $40 more per week than what we were paying (which is what we were paying prior to the summer program and of course she did not mention to us any type of increase). It is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to her on the phone or talk with her face to face. She is ALWAYS in a “meeting”. (How an owner of a daycare has so many meetings is beyond me). No matter how many phone calls, messages on the app, she will not respond to you or talk with you face to face. And then she will gaslight you by saying how communication is important and to reach out to her and also how we signed papers agreeing to the terms. As if we had done something wrong and it was our fault. Since covid started we were not able to enter the school, I think this is so that she would not have to face the many many complaints from the parents. The only reason this place is still in business is because the teachers there are amazing. My son would never complain about them and always left school happy. They were always professional and kind with my son and with me. That being said, if my son was the type that could easily change environments I would have taken him out long ago. I endured the stress, anxiety, the infuriating way the owner managed her business for my sons sake. I am so happy that my son is now in kindergarten so that I never have to deal with Adriana Acocella again.

I rarely write negative reviews or even any reviews but if you are considering this daycare I highly recommend you do not send your child to this one! We had a very small concern in regards to why our 22 month old daughter's onesie was tucked into her diaper as she has to wear them for her hernia. When my husband spoke to the Director Adriana, her recommendation was for her to not wear onesie. My husband did not feel the Director Adriana cared about our concerns and left very upset and I asked for Adriana to call me to further discuss. A week went by and I asked to speak to the Director Adriana during pick up and drop off and staff continued to say she was in meetings. No call or messages received with a response. A week to the day my husband went to pick up our daughter and the Director Adriana came out rudely asking why he said she was disrespectful to staff members. He stated because you never called my wife back. When I received his call regarding this interaction I called the daycare to speak to Adriana once again and they said she was in a meeting. We already let the lack of communication and professionalism go. Since she addressed him I felt we clearly still needed to speak. I left work early and went to the daycare to try to speak to her and they said she is still in a meeting. I said "I will wait, that is no problem" staff Brittany said she wont have anytime, send her a message which I had already done via text and bright wheel app along with calling. I stated "I would rather wait." staff Brittany said to send message to set up appointment. I told staff Brittany we both know there wont be any response. About ten minutes go by and the police show up. I was speechless! The Director Adriana had time to call the police but not to come out and speak to me. The police even agreed they have no idea why she called as she had never spoke with me. While I continued to speak with the police on how I can report this daycare, staff Brittany came out and I asked was there some kind of threat I made and she stated no. Just to be clear. While I was waiting outside I did ask some parents if they have had any issues. Three stated they have never heard back from her as well. I guess this is the kind of daycare Adriana is running and unfortunately she is also the owner. This was a small concern that could have been handled with simple communication, with not even just a call but a reply via message. Adriana could not even do that. Again I highly recommend you do not send your child(ren) to this daycare.

I would like to add as the owner/director Adrianna has responded. This review is with full intent to inform the community and I see sadly since we have left many other parents have had similar issues. There is no intent to discredit and very sad no need as multiple newer reviews speak for themselves that are not family members or friends of mine 😕
