Anthony was great. We were very impressed with his customer service and his knowledge of what we needed to install a tankless LP gas water heater. Anthony was very thorough with his walk thru of our house and checking our existing plumbing fixtures. We felt very comfortable going with Anthony and Elite for our new installation. We also liked that your staff can do the entire package and we do not have to hire other agencies to complete the project. Keep up the good work.

When Anthony was at our house the last time, we found that our hot water control at the sink in the bathroom could not be repaired. We contacted Moen and Moen sent us repair parts and a new faucet. We contacted Anthony and he came out today and we swapped out the bathroom faucets. Everything is now working fine. Anthony is very easy to work with and is very pleasant and respectful. Keep up the good work.

We also had Robert (Bob) for all our ac units and he was absolutely amazing! Efficient, energetic, so nice and knowledgeable!

We have water infiltration into our condo, causing mold and excessive damage. The technician, Ezra arrived to help us determine the source. He was exceptional. He was extremely thorough, and very knowledgeable. The equipment is very sensitive and Ezra was concerned that the ambient noise may have interfered with the results. He repeated the procedure until he was satisfied that the results were accurate. We highly recommend him.

Elite is lucky to have Andrew on their team. He is professional, honest, informative and trustworthy. We continue to use Elite while only exclusively requesting andrew. He is in a league of his own. We have used him for years now and Elite is very lucky to have such a wonderful individual on their team. The value of what andrew brings to the table for a company is priceless.

Andrew Walker was our maintenance tech recently. He was a very kind, considerate & knowledgeable man! He not only explained & demonstrated how I could clean my AC drainage pipe, he showed me the details & advantages of the process. Andrew did a super job completely checking our AC & heat. My experience with Elite went very well. Had a new AC unit installed. I was pleased with the work they provided and after care has been great too. Had 3 inspections so far. The first guy that came to inspect the AC was in and out..tbh, I wasn't thrilled with him. I can't remember his name. But Joseph Messing, that's a name I'm going to remember. This dude is phenomenal. Goes above and beyond, extremely knowledgeable, communicative, and trustworthy. From this point on, I really don't want anyone else touching my AC unit but him. Yes, Elite comes in at a premium price..but I wouldn't trust anyone else. Elite emails you with who will be arriving that day and entering your house, so there's no surprises. No, this isn't a paid review...this is just how good my experience has been. 10/10 would totally recommend.

James did an excellent job! He was prompt, informative and followed up when he said he would. I would highly recommend asking for James if you need AC service from Elite. He did not once pressure me to purchase anything and was respectful in my home, he even took the time to clean up with a vacuum to ensure there was nothing left behind. Great job, James!

I had Elite complete an Electrical Panel upgrade in our home last week and we are extremely satisfied with the work and service. Robin and his helpers were incredibly detail oriented and meticulous during the work; Robin was always very open to questions and explained everything very throughly. Worth every dollar.

Got a tune up for my A/C system today & Joseph Messing did an amazing job!! He cleaned out my system & even provided me with a solution to the clogging in the drain pipes. I would recommend this company & especially the technician Joseph since he provided great customer service! Way to go Elite!!

Kevin came out to our house to do a job that turned out to be a little bit more time consuming than either of us expected. He did a fantastic job diagnosing and fixing our issues. Kevin was friendly, professional and efficient. Everything is now working and he cleaned up as if no one was ever here.

Great work from your team as usual, had an inspection from Tech James Alvarado about two weeks ago. Great inspection and recommendations also want to point out that last year James did an inspection to try and find the freon leak that we was having for almost a year and half. He determined that he could not find it and it maybe in the line going under the house or the far end of the coil which he couldn't get to without removing it. He helped us to determine a price to replace the line going under the house and replace coil. When we got the quote from him, we asked and he also suggested a new unit from Elite. The quote he gave us was just a bit more then fixing the one we had. We ending up purchasing one from Elite. So far great unit we got is working fantastic. We got the service plan also which is great.

Anthony was absolutely an amazing technician. He came out after hours after I’m sure that came to my house with a smile told us exactly what was wrong walked us through how he was going to fix it and it was a really nice ending to a problem and I am truly grateful for the service that he provided.

Ezra Forte was professional and courteous. He came out and got right down to business to an emergency call at the end of his shift on a Saturday evening. Explained everything in detail that needed to be done. 10/10 would recommend.

I am very pleased with Elite's product, service and professionalism. Both of the technicians (AC repairman John and lighting specialist Matt) respected my time by being on time. I work from home and they completed their jobs with very little interruption. They seemed to understand the importance of being mindful of the fact that I was on business calls during their visits. In today's working environment that type of etiquette is appreciated. The finish product was what I requested. My AC is cooling again and the dusk-to-dawn backyard lighting is perfect! I will definitely use their services again!!!

Marvin exceeded my expectations, very knowledgeable and honest. I knew the problem before he came , he asked me if we were having any issues I replied NO after he inspected everything he found exactly what I knew was wrong . He explained very clearly the problem, fixed the problem and didn’t find issues that didn’t exist. We’ve had multiple A/c companies over the year for maintenance to prolong the life of our a/c they never do what they say they’re going to do and I blame that on the technician along with the company’s not checking up on there technicians . Both Marvin and the office staff are wonderful in my opinion I would highly recommend elite A/C if you’re interested in a company that does what they say . I also had a scheduling issue and changed my appointment 3 times and not once did I receive any attitude from the office staff they were great. Needless to say I’m very happy

Wesley installed two water heaters in our 1955 home. He was very professional and personable. Robin the electrician did a major upgrade to our home and did an incredible job overcoming many obstacles and trying situations. He is professional and an expert in his field. We had a great experience dealing with this company and Robin Phillips. Everything you would want in dealing with a service company. He was punctual, polite, knowledgeable and very thorough. Everything done to high standards and on time with no surprises. The different divisions of the company work together to give you the best experience possible. Michael was outstanding!!! Best technician we have worked with. Extremely knowledgeable and patient with assisting us, explaining how the system worked & answering all our questions. Hope we have him come the next time we need a service check.
