Daniel N. offered the BEST customer service. He assisted graciously with 28 keys! He patiently cut each set and was careful to maintain my suggested order to help with key identification. While helping me, he was also able to help another customer by giving exact isle and shelf info of requested item. Great job Daniel N.

Lowe's always supports Veterans year round and we really appreciate it! Plus, they have great prices and free delivery for everyone most of the time! They are having a great sale on their lawn edge trimmer and washer/dryer sets now ending mid-July.

Had to pick up an order, team was very helpful and quick to get me going.

I was so disappointed when I saw Christmas decorations. We are trying to accommodate today society, that er are changing history. Black & White Santa and soldiers. Will we change the Nutcracker and Micky & Minnie mouse? We do we draw the line. The choices are endless, however the decorations were beautifully displayed.

I found lots of good merchandise in my visit to Lowe’s. I was looking for materials to redo my bathroom, and I found some pretty tiles in green ceramic for my kitchen as well. The prices are very competitive, and the employees are usually very knowledgeable and helpful. I also like to buy all my plants at Lowe’s as they have more variety in my opinion than Walmart or Home Depot.

I had a Lowe's employee help me this morning and his Smile was contagious, his name is Sieem (sorry about the sp). Just a very pleasant young man going the extra mile, it's nice to see
that level of professionalism as well.

As a vet I deeply appreciate Lowes giving all vets 10% off their purchases. I wish more stores would express their appreciation rather than lip service. This visit I was doing a difficult project in plumbing. A incredible gal in Plumbing walked me through it step by step ensuring I had every little detail covered. From finding what was needed to check out with a live cashier was just another great visit to Lowes.

Update ~ 2/23/19
Well today was the day we DID go back and yes, we DID buy our Craftsman Riding Lawn Mower $1299, a Char-broil BBQ Gas Grill $179, with a "filled" Propane tank (only $50) and a Dump Cart on sale for $66! Now in case anyone didn't know (we didn't) Lowes doe NOT have trucks to rent, Josh, the great Salesman who helped us the first time and again today explained they stopped renting them a little while ago now. But with Home Depot just across the street DOES but, not today, every single truck and size was already out, wth?! So we borrowed a friend's truck to get everything home just a few miles away! Again I'd like to give the employee that helped us another shout out, his name is Josh and believe it or not the employees here do NOT work on Commission at all and since he was so very helpful we gave him a nice tip $!
2/10/19 ~ We'll be back for the Riding Lawn Mower and Gas Grill, actually better prices on these two product's than Home Depot that we had been to before coming here from across the street!

Usually a Home Depot guy, but was told
lowes had a nice selection of backsplash tiles. They were absolutely right. The store was very clean. The staff was friendly , and the majority of the products were where they were supposed to be. Cashier was very sweet and they had more than just self checkout open.

My review of this Lowe's location is ONLY a review of the Pro Services department and NOT of the entire store. Peggy, Luz and the Pro Team are very good and always accommodating. I am a Pro contractor and have always had great service here. Other areas and departments in the store are lacking, but this is store-wide after they took away most of the sales specialist roles within the stores and added the MST department. I'll NOT give my opinion or review on this, but kudos to the Pro Sales team!!!

Just got a new washing machine today & I couldn’t get it to start. I called the store at Port St Lucie West & Joanne was a tremendous help & walked me through getting it started. Thank you Joanne for all your help. It was very frustrating to figure how to get it started.

Everything I need for home improvement. I refuse to go to the alternative (HD). Store layout is great and the app takes me right to were the item is I'm looking for. They give discounts to military all the time! Thank you Lowes!

I spoke with Peggy over the phone and was impressed with the customer service I received. She works at the Pro desk with Nick. Naomi started the process of my new credit card and was very helpful. I got up early just to get helped by Peggy. As she directed me I appreciate the customer service all three provided. I will definitely return to purchase a this location.. We love that they are doing in person kids workshops again! We signed up online for a time slot but you can walk in and do a kit if there are extras.

Buying a new appliance for a rental property, thinking this was going to be hard, calling my elderly landlord for payment and everything. Luz at the pro depth WAS AMAZING! walked us thru it repeatedly told me No Problem! What a great experience! Wish all customer service was this good!!!!

Alex in the electric department in St Lucie West Lowes went above and beyond to assist me with my purchases. Found everything I needed except the lid for a Craftsman storage container. Alex got a ladder and went to the top shelf trying to find it but no luck. He also assisted another customer and was just as friendly and helpful with them as well.

Lowes has everything and great variety. Rarely go to the competition any more. Plus everyone at this store was super friendly and helpful.. even though they are working on Saturday evening!

Great customer service from Perry who helped us choosing the right Generator for our house. He explained the difference between a few of them and we made our purchase. Happy customer 😁

Was able to get what I went for. The garden department cashier is always friendly. Prices are better than the "Orange " store across the street. I wish they had shopping carts at the garden entrance. Hasn't changed
