Walmart Supercenter

I wanted to write an excellent review for Patrick in the optical center at this Walmart. We were camping at Savannah preserve recreation area and my daughter forgot her contact lenses. We called in desperation trying to get some emergency contacts for her and Patrick stepped up and really helped us out. we were able to send in our prescription and got us the contacts that we needed for our daughter so she could have an enjoyable weekend here camping with her friends. Excellent customer service above and beyond what you would normally expect at a huge company like Walmart. Thank you, Patrick!

I generally order online via their app and do a pickup rather than going inside the store. Fast, convenient, fair pricing, excellent return policy!

I do my uber orders and pick up no complaints great customer service wait time has gotten better

Customer service is good. I once dropped my phone in parking lot and employee found it and got it to me.

We just had the most amazing experience at the Gatlin store. Shocking I Know!!! We went in tobuy a smoker grill. Very heavy and bulky. I ask the person at the garden register if they had a flat cart. They jumped right up grabbed it and said I’ll follow you. He helped load it on the cart and said they’d call someone to help us load it. Before even checking out another gentleman was there to help. While I was putting the seats down another gentleman ran up to help. The whole process was so quick and painless. Bill and I thank you!! We ran to find out their names. Coach Joe and Marcelo. We didn’t get the name of the young gentleman in the vest. Thank you for all your help.

Very clean...still wish we had more checkout people. I don't get paid to check myself out. The shop itself is good, just wish there were more staff and fewer machines!!

Love the Walmart in Gatlin Boulevard (Port St. Lucie Florida)! An associate helped me find the item I was looking for even though it was hidden on a pallet in the back!! Very helpful!!!

Prices are good and for such a super large store, it looks very well kept up and nicely stocked. Employees are really very nice and helpful.
I do love their bakery!!

I had to speak to on line customer service due to an account issue.
Within 2 minutes, my problem was cleared up and I was able to immediately log into my account!

I love this Walmart. Lance, jason,Yvette everyone at customer service.. I've NEVER had a bad experience there. Even Damon the guy who gets the shopping carts is always pleasant. Everyone I have mentioned plus there are so many others I know I am.forgetting... everyone is always so NICE. this place is always clean inside and normally has anything I've needed when I have gone there.
