Chu's Convenience Mart

I love coming to Chu’s in Richmond Hill in the evening to do my lotto and being greeted by a friendly employee named Kisses as soon as I walk in the door! Her customer service is exceptional and I just love seeing her and leaving with a good laugh! She always makes my day!

She was very nice and helpful when I cleaned all the change out of my cup holder.

I started coming to this Chu’s about eight years ago. Since then I have found friendship and camaraderie with the people who run the store and people who are there on a daily basis. I am at this location at least five days a week usually seven. I stop off in the morning to get my drinks and snacks and things fill up and be on my way.
The manager Michelle has been amazing and keeps a fun, friendly atmosphere for all the patrons.
Lauren always greets me with the best attitude you could imagine. Holly and some of the newer staff ate very good with making sure the customers get everything they need. This has a lot to do with the leader ship that comes from Michelle and the way she manages things and also from leader ship with Lauren who has been there for quite some time as well. I will continue coming here on a daily basis as long as I live in the area and as long as they keep a well organized and friendly staff like they currently have.

I love chus! The prices are a little high but not to bad for a store off the interstate. The night cashier on the weekends (kissies) makes coming in there a whole lot better. She Got me to buy lottery tickets a few time and i don't even gamble. Even won. Being an over the road truck driver I'll come in chus every time I'm in the area before i go to the TA or shell

I live in Richmond Hill and Chu’s is one of the stores that I go to very often. The atmosphere is so friendly and the workers are great I say that because they go up and beyond for their customers and that’s something I really appreciate . It is definitely a great place to pick up your snacks and get gas.

I moved here from Texas, Sept 2021 and I tend to make a particular convenience store my second home, if you will (I love a good, daily, fountain Diet Coke). After searching for weeks, trying out different gas stations/stores, I finally found "my home store." I've been coming here daily since then and have made a life long family here. Everyone is so friendly and down-right amazing!! Michelle greets everyone with a smile. Lauren and Holly are so friendly and everyone has become a close friend! Thank you Chu's. I started coming here when I moved to the area in Sept 2021. I was beyond impressed with the cleanliness, friendliness, and options available. Everyone is so pleasant and welcoming. Michelle, Lauren, Holly, & all of the employees make me feel like family. I would highly recommend Chu's to anyone new or old in the area. Thank you Chu's for the wonderful service!!

I was on vacation from May 1-4th in Richmond Hill, GA. The crew at Chu's provided excellent customer service from day one. Friendly, courteous.
Also, a very special thanks to Michelle. About an hour into the trip on our way home to Atlanta, I realized my vape was missing. I got the number to the store online and called the store. Michelle confirmed that I had indeed left my vape in the store. I thanked her for her honesty and figured to chalk up a high dollar vape to the powers that be.
Michelle offered to mail my vape back to me. Low and behold... My vape arrived in the mail today. Thank you Michelle and Chu's... I owe ya a dozen.!!!!
