Fantastic location. Always clean. Very rarely is equipment down or unavailable. Hydro area is calming and relatively private. Bathrooms are well maintained and stocked. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I always enjoy coming here, I have the black card membership so I can tan and use the hydro massage bed and the massage chair which is definitely a plus! After working out laying in that bed or chair really feels great. They just did a renovation and have lots of new machines and I'm really happy about it. Looks good and always a nice atmosphere to be in. I've definitely noticed that if I bring my wireless earbuds in and listen to my own music it is a better experience rather than listening to all the noise. Just a pointer 👍

The gym is great for the $. However the hours are stupid and I would caution people to look at other gyms if 24/7 access is needed as this gym is backwards from what would be needed for after hours gyms. Most people would be able to stay late on weekends but this is when they close. 9pm Friday and 7pm Sat and Sun. Many other options fit the needs better. The equipment is great for 90% of body types however and it’s clean.

Decent gym, with very friendly staff, and always clean. My only issue is with how long it takes for them to get out of service equipment repaired. I use the upper body ergometer every time I go in, but it has been down a month or more at the time of this review.

This is my home town planet fitness, the people are make the difference, especially Jordan. He’s always blind and ask me how the family is doing! I’ve been to a dozen planet fitness’s around Georgia, this one is the best!
Plus for $25 a month all the perks of the black card are worth it with the tan, massage chairs and hydro massage chairs are awesome.

I Love the atmosphere @ this location. The staff is great as well. I feel very comfortable with my daily workout routine, even though I mainly come by myself. That is how great the surrounding atmosphere is here. Whether by yourself or with a partner you will enjoy working out at Hiram, GA location. I love the amenities. There is nothing like a relaxing massage of your chose on the Hydro bed or the massage chair that just hugs your whole body in relief after a good workout. You gotta love ❤ Planet 🌎 Fitness

I love this wonderful place. I always feel comfortable to exercise and spend time there. The music is pleasant. The staff is very nice and respectful.

I’ve been coming to this location for a while and the staff are friendly and the place is alway clean and never to crowded when I come to workout. Recently my AirPods got stuck in between the stair master and Ethan the maintenance guy took apart the machine to retrieve my AirPods!! I was relieved he was able to get them for me! He saved me money!!! Thank you again Ethan !!!!!!!!!

I like this location of this facility because it's very convenient for me, it's not that crowded, the facility is clean and you have a wonderful staff that works the front desk.

As a senior citizen who is on a fixed income I love the plan for $10 a month. And the best part is Planet Fitness doesn't raise that amount every year. The equipment is new and the facility is very clean. Folks are very helpful and nice. I love Planet Fitness!

Staff was professional and friendly plus helpful. Exercise equipment was clean with plenty of space to move around. The price is excellent and atmosphere is quite pleasant. There's always smiles to great you from staff and patrons alike. Will definitely be returning.
