Whisk Bakery & Coffee

Been wanting to try Whisk out fir a bit and when I finally had the chance to do so I liked it! The building is cozy, has plenty of room to move around and very clean! The service was great, very patient and friendly and helpful, no problems there! The desserts I git were pricy but very yummy! No problems, Whisk was great on all fronts and I'd recommend giving it a shot!

I absolutely love that they offer keto bakery items. I ordered a keto birthday cake for my husband and it was so wonderful. I do wish they had the nutritional values on their baked goods. When offering keto it’s all about the Net carbs in each item. I asked about a bakery item I bought that was “keto” and the cashier couldn’t find the answers. I wondered about the cake also. I just limited the amount of the bakery in one sitting. I Will be ordering again. Prices are fair. Workers are so friendly and nice. Definitely go try it out if you haven’t yet. I want to try their coffee products next. Such a Cute shop to.

So cute!! Whenever we are on vacation we like to find non chain coffee shops and this place was near our resort. It is SO adorable and the coffee was tasty and definitely woke me up ;) the shop is clean, bright and very cute. Workers were friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back when in town!

I absolutely love this place. The decor is very Instagram chic with a plant wall and cute knickknacks. The staff has never been anything but kind and helpful. The treats focus on natural ingredients and special diets- keto, paleo, vegan, gluten-free, etc. I've had the vegan fruit bars and rose raspberry eclairs, and both were delicious. It's a welcome addition to Sheboygan and is definitely worth checking out.

Whisk has the absolute best coffee I have ever had. She also makes her own coffee syrups! I highly recommend the lavender cappuccino. As someone who has celiac this 100% gluten free bakery is a little slice of heaven. Whenever I visit Sheboygan, Whisk will be on my list to stop at. Be sure to try the cinnamon sugar donuts and twix bars if she has them on hand. You can even place a special order to pick up! She also has vegan and keto options available in the bakery. People with special diets-run to whisk! People who love amazing coffee-make it your regular stop.

Do not miss/skip this bakery!!! It is beyond delicious and you will not miss the gluten that is missing from the food. Amazing lady owns this and is beyond kind. All 5 of us left very happy.

I had the nitro coffee & a chocolate bar. The coffee is smooth and easy to drink. Any food you get here is amazing! And the atmosphere is wonderful!

I have family members who are gluten free and others on keto. Ordered a cake for my sister's birthday and loved that everyone could have a slice. You couldn't even tell that the cake was gluten free or keto, it was so moist and delicious! Also a huge fan of the butter coffee and daily goodies. Highly recommend.

We were pleased to find this all Gluten-free place in a smallish town like Sheboygan! The selection of baked goodies was excellent. My wife is Gluten-Free and she was very pleased. I was also pleased not only by the taste of the pastries but also by the atmosphere. A bright and charming place inside. One point of constructive criticism to management would be to help workers organize a little bit; they seemed a little startled by the number of people visiting and you definitely not want to miss the business ;) That aside though, a great place to visit!

!(being on vacation) The employees we’re really nice to us! We ordered a sprinkle (colorful)donut for my daughter she enjoyed it a lot plus two fruit bars which were really tasty also americano coffe and OMG my cappuccino with skin milk was AMAZING! I highly recommend this place we will be back for sure ! Thank you

Amazing baked treats! I always have a twicks bar and a golden smoothie - mmmm! We don't have any official diet restrictions, but love knowing that we're making healthier choices by coming here.

Sadly we went towards the end of the day but we got lucky since they were just getting a freshly baked batch of cookies in. Such a lovely place to get coffee. I had their home made Chai latte and I'd definitely get it again. I do enjoy that they offer gluten free and dairy free products.

Their Salted Bacon Blondie is 100% delicious!!

It the kind of treat were you take a small bites and savor the flavor for a while, then you take a sip of a pallet cleanser, like milk or coffee, and take another bite to experience the pleasure all over again.

Sweet little shop on the corner. Very bright and clean. Here on mini vacay. Picked up a couple chocolate glazed donuts (yummy), smoothie (glorious) and a chocolate chip cookie this morning. The cookie was so delectable that I thought I was eating something I shouldn't. Even the hubby (who's not into special dietary foods) was impressed. Thank you for being here. I appreciate being able to walk in to a place and know I can safely select most anything on the menu.

Love this coffee shop! Great coffees, and amazing gluten free baked treats! Peaceful, warm atmosphere for reading a book or having a conversation! Super friendly staff too!

Amazing bakery and such a needed niche! For people who have grain allergies or sensitivities it's difficult to find someplace that offers a desert or breakfast goodie option for us. So far everything I have tasted has been wonderful, well thought out even down to the presentation. Love it!

It's rare that I can find anything worth while to treat myself in Sheboygan. When whisk first came around, I'll admit I was skeptical to try someplace that makes gluten free friendly baked goods. I was so excited when my friends bought me cupcakes and cheesecake for my birthday and it was amazing. Not dry or inedible, just pure perfection. Add on Shawna is a gem, she is so friendly and you can tell she loves what she does when you eat one of her tasty treats. Also, the coffee is freaking fantastic and a great companion to the star of the show.

Several visits now have all been good. Great for a quick place to meet and enjoy a coffee or tea and a healthy baked treat.

Super cute cafe with friendly employees and great vegan options! I loved the avocado toast on homemade bread.

Great bakery with several options for diet conscious customers. We were welcomed as we walked in and all our questions were answered! Excellent coffee and smoothies too!
