New patient , I was nervous yet the staff was Great., made me feel comfort and relaxed. A few laughs and all. Very pleasant experience, very gentle and compassionate. There was no waiting. My appointment was at 8 and I was in the chair at 8:05. China cleaned my teeth. She was very kind. She made me feel comfortable. I also had a deep cleaning too. For someone who avoids the dentist, i must say it was pretty good and I will be back.

What A great experience I had at Southern Pearl Dentistry. The whole staff is phenomenal. Everyone was very kind and polite the assistance made sure I was okay while getting my procedure done. Everything was sterilizing and clean. Not to mention Dr. Gillespie is Absolutely amazing at her work. God truly blessed this beautiful young woman With a phenomenal gift. Thank you.

This was my first visit, and I must say that I had an amazing experience! Everyone was extremely nice, and even though it had been a very long time since I saw a Dentist, the entire staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. I'm definitely looking forward to improving my smile over the next months with Dr Gillespie and her team.

Dr. GILLESPIE and her team are the best. They do all 3 of our kids dental care and they are very clean and it's easy to make appointments. She was able to do a same day extraction and it didn't take long at all.

The staff is amazing and on top of everything....kudos and the doctor is just as amazing. Although this was my first visit, I felt amazing enough to switch and make them my dentist. If you want a tender touch with amazing service, this is the place!

Dr. Gillespie and staff are always amazing and pleasant. From the time I enter the office until I leave. All of them show concern and make you feel special. Plus my treatments have been amazing and even more special since I have on braces.

The staff is amazing from the front desk to the back and I absolutely love that they give you a print out of all your appointments which makes it easy to schedule your appointments in advance. The staff has great communication skills because each staff member I worked with although it was a new face they knew my exact plan of care. Amazing Amazing Amazing 🤩

The staff and the doctor is very professional. There is no rush. .They take their time and answer all of your questions. They really explains things thoroughly. The doctor listen to her patients. Southern Pearl Dentistry deserve five stars.

Excellent customer service. Very informative and shared the process with each step. Very warm and personable staff. It's hard finding a good dentist that makes you comfortable. I had to do a little waiting but I didn't mind because everyone was kind and checked on me often. I definitely recommend Dr. Gillespie's Dentistry office.

I loved that they did my consultation and x-rays before going straight in with a cleaning and they explained the treatment plan and cost breakdown so I could budget for it

Southern Pear is the most thorough dentist I’ve ever been to. They checked each individual teeth. They took perfect x-rays. they were gentle and they are the most reasonably priced comparatively speaking, I will never stop going to Southern Dentistry they are the best Dentist I’ve ever gone to and I’m 70 years young.

My first experience was great. I arrived 10 minutes early and was called back 2-3 minutes after I sat down. ALL the Staff were very friendly and nice. I definitely feel like I made the right choice for my new dental office.

I have not had such a great relationship with dentists in the past. I am pleased with the care that I have received so far with Southern Pearl. They allow you to collaborate with on your care plan. They have not once tried to sell or guide me into something I don't need or want. They are like talking with a friend about how best to care for your situation. I love getting a video about my about my after care. It allows me to view it again to make sure that I'm doing it right. A video reinforces learning. I am not anxious when I am going in for my visit because of their pleasant atmosphere. I finally found my Dentist. They all rock!

Follow Up Visits after a year: Dr. Gillespie knows her craft and she has excellent patience. She remembers things about how to specifically care for my differences such as air instead of water when drilling and filling my temperature sensitive teeth. She manages patient anxiety well and thoroughly educate me about each specific procedure and after care.

The staff was amazing. China was personable and attentive to not only my needs but preferences. And thorough just like she said. One of the best dental office experiences I’ve ever had.

l have a great experience everyone was polite and knowledgeable. l love how Dr.Gillispsie treats her customers. l will recommend Southern Pearl Dentistry to family and friends or anyone seeking a dentist.

The best dentist and staff ever. You may like your dentist but leave because of a bad staff experience, but at this place, I promise you’ll never leave. My hygienist is awesome and gentle. He really cares about your teeth health. They even care for my daughter with special needs and make every effort to accommodate her needs. You will enjoy your experience from the time you are greeted at check in, to the time you leave. I highly recommend Southern Pearl in Hampton for all things dental. I normally don’t do reviews but I had to for Southern Dental in Hampton.

Dr. Gillespie is the best. She is very professional and the services provided are always top-notch. She also has a wonderful, professional staff from the front office to her dental assistants. Thanks again for a great experience.

The staff was amazing as well as the physician ( La’tonya ) … the customer service exceeded my expectations with it being an all black staff, they made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, because I was a bit nervous and didn’t want to have to pay cash since I didn’t have insurance, but (La’tonya) the physician informed me of several insurance agency’s I can choose from, which was so amazing because she didn’t have to do that’ and for that I am grateful…and not have dental insurance… everyone was so attentive’ even the receptionist was coming to the back checking in on clients getting things done , she also made sure everyone that walked in was taken care of at a reasonable time. I’m looking forward to my next appointment as well as appointments in the future at this facility for me and my family.
