Great selection of shoes for men, women and kids, the staff was very helpful and accommodating. We were able to find something for everyone. Had decent sales going as well, had a small selection of crocs also. Will be going back.

My pick up was easy and quick. It was ready on time, even a few minutes earlier than expected. The rep was nice.

Grear customer service! I bought Barbie charms for my new pair of crocs and when i got home i saw that they actually weren't inside of the bag. I went back there today and told the gentleman what happened, showed him my receipt and with no other questions asked he gave me the charms and now I'm happy. I appreciate when personal can trust their customers, because i know that people aren't always honest nowadays, but i didn't even look in the bag after i had left the store yesterday because i was tired and was ready to get home and sleep.

I went to the Fayetteville, Georgia store and it was only two female employees. This was a raffle launch day so it was extremely busy but the manger was very calm and greeted everyone with a smile.

Wow! What a great selection right here in Lovejoy! They have it all. Definitely in comparison to the one I've been to in college park. I will be back!!! Great staff. Very friendly...clean store. The window display draws you in. Stop in..it's worth it. Annnnd they have sales on shoes with flavor not just the less favorable ones. Superior experience. Will update with pictures on my next visit!

The assistant manager Ivory was awesome…the store on Xmas eve was beyond busy and it didn’t help that I was buying 5 pairs of sneakers…thank you ivory for your stylish advice and PATIENCE!!

I was leaving store because I couldn't find what I wanted and manager asked on way out, didn't find what u needed and I said no and showed him a pic. He said we can order... He ordered for me... Need more employees like him who go the extra mile. Thanks again Joseph

Great selection and the customer service was over the top! My sales guy was from New York and I expected not so good of an experience cause they are usually rude. This guy was the total opposite he was patient and helped me find EXACTLY what I needed
