Kenneth, helped us get our passports together. Even with a little hiccup in the process he was patience, yet efficient. Even though the PO was packed it seemed as if all the workers were trying to move the line as quickly as possible

Sharon was very helpful. She moved fast and efficiently and she was very pleasant. Give her a raise.

Great local branch. Everybody is always nice and they do a pretty good job at getting you in and out as soon as possible

Way better than McDonough post office which is by far and large, TRASH. They were positive informative and extremely helpful. Thank you very much

The wait times can be a little long here, but the employees are always friendly and give service with a smile.

I was in the post office this morning for about 20 minutes. I was boxing up items that I needed to mail and then got in line. While i was working I overheard the conversations of the worker, Sharon, and the customers that were in line for service. Sharon did a great job juggling between those who needed passport assistance and regular service. She explained that she was the only one working and I think she did a great job handling the crowd. When I got to the counter, she appologized for the wait and was very efficient processing my two packages. She was polite and friendly.

My visit this morning with Ms. Sharon and Ms. Dockery was absolutley awesome, they were very busy but kind enough to make the wait pleasant; Ms. Sharon was professional, helpful, nice & very efficient with our child's passport diligence. I went for a passport appointment I was in and out really fast. Service was friendly and there wasn't any lines

People are always bashing postal workers and I have to say that the employees at this facility are awesome! I have had several instances where I needed assistance outside of the norm and they've come through. Just this morning I accidentally dropped mail in without writing the po box and zip code. I called and asked if they could retrieve it and they were glad to help. So here's some praise for people doing a great job in a difficult field.

Being that I am from New York I think God for this post office. At least they deliver the mail. People should be thankful for the service that they do get, just consider this some people don’t get their mail. Sometime you have to put yourself in other people shoes before making negative Comments. Just be thankful you have a post office.

I've been in Stockbridge for over 10 years; I see the same people working there, thank god; great public servants who've endured alot of BS; I commend them; especially considering they destroyed their sorting machine and didn't replace anything; .. these people do the best they can with what they have; total respect.

The manager was very helpful. I came in to drop off a package and she greeted everyone in line and asked if she could assist. I thought that was very professional.

My representative Kim was BEAUTIFUL but I mean in All Aspects of her position..My 1st time there and it was a positive..Also the lady who assists before you actually get to the counter was truly helpful.Im about to relocate to the Area..Ive chosen this location as my Homebase and whatnot!!!

Just mailing things but staff always courteous when I have to buy stamps or mail pkgs
