Kroger

This is a nice store, it is huge and there are very few chances that you wont find what you are looking for. They have a bakery inside the building and they have a different aisle for food to go. They also have a separate section for flowers. This also has a pharmacy inside so basically this is a very handy place to go to. It is clean and I would definately go here again

I stay on Jonesboro but for some odd reason prefer to travel to this one. They’re actually equal travel distance from where I live, and so, that’s probably why. I mainly go for my prescriptions at the pharmacy, but the entire staff at this location to me seems very pleasant and welcoming. Store is clean, neat, and well-stocked. I wished they had my favorite Coconut Milk by Simple Truth there today, but, the room temperature version with 99% coconut and about 500mg potassium is a very difficult find no matter which Kroger I’m visiting.

I also enjoy their fresh salmon, wide variety of fresh healthy meat options, and their very elaborate produce section. Bring hibiscus flower back! Thanks.

Everyone is nice and good customer service still exists at Kroger (unlike many other businesses and restaurants post COVID). Daffiene especially stands out with her wonderful attitude and excellent customer service. She was a delight even with a fairly full cart right at closing time when some employees are over it. Thank you so much Daffiene for your great service after a long hard day!🙏🏽

Its usually very well kept with seemingly good customer support. I come here for most of my shopping needs and it's good to know they offer a wide selection of items.

Kroger is my go to grocery store. I've been shopping at this store for over 20 years. In my opinion, you can't beat their overall prices. Their selection gets better and better every time I shop there. Their rewards are a great plus and they send coupons to me that pertain to what I have purchased in the past. Checkout lines are are usually open for quick checkout and their cashiers are always polite and appear happy to wait on you. The deli employees are always happy to help. The meat department will recommend items and are more than willing to make special cuts if you want them. I've tried other Kroger stores in the area and in Newnan, and this store is by far the best. If someone at Kroger corporate is reading this, please pass on the praise that your staff at this store deserves. Thank you for always providing a great shopping experience!

Love this Kroger. Very neat and clean. Friendly employees. I came in a two days ago and an employee (his name tag read David) was unpacking big boxes. I wasn't sure if he knew the stock or anything so I hesitated before asking him for help. He was extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful. I came back and ended up asking him how much the spinach was per bunch and he immediately stopped what he was doing and went to look around (turns out the price label had been knocked down). He asked me to hold on for a moment, went into a room, and brought out a price scanner. He told me how much it was, I thanked him for his help and then he asked in the most genuine way possible, "Is there anything else I can help you with?" He literally stood there, intently awaiting my response. It was amazing. I told him no, and thanked him for the help. He told me if I needed any other help I could ask him and then he returned to unpacking the boxes. He was incredibly courteous and I was blown away by how he was so readily and genuinely eager to help me. It's rare for big corporations to hire people who really are interested in the customer experience and I am very happy to have received such quality help.

I have shopped this Kroger for over twenty years. It has only been one time in twenty years I could not find what I needed, and only for a short time. The reason for that was due to COVID-19 when people were panicking and buying everything. This is a wonderful store. Workers speak, keep the shelves stocked, ask you if you need assistance. Friendly, it’s clean, and the food is fresh. I know everyone has a bad day every once in a while, but please don’t run down our neighborhood with bad reviews because this is not a bad store. Thank you Kroger management you are a first responder for Stockbridge Hudson-bridge in my eye sight. Keep up the excellent work performance. 👏👏👏

This Kroger is now my weekly store. I was using Walmart for my grocery pick up but due to a huge dispute on charges that caused a ton of misery... I'm done with Walmart forever. My Kroger order was perfect. I did have some substitutions but very happy with them. Prompt service and excellent service. You can save $$ with the digital coupons and weekly ads. I admit...if I want a good steak... I'll go to Publix or a butcher. Prices are good. Quality is good. Service is awesome.

I never encountered this Bobby everyone is talking about but I don't think letting the review just get destroyed because of one person. When I go there which is on a weekly basis I am always notice it's just a nice feeling there because of the sales,nicely stocked shelves,clean floors and nice employees. There is a really nice lady who works at the flower spot who seems to love her job and once a worker loves their job the experience for the customer is always better

Love this store I shop here just about every single day (at least 25-27 days each month) the staff is always so helpful & friendly no matter what time of the day or night (they use to be open 24/7 & 2 in the afternoon or 2 in the morning) every staff member I've ever in countered in this particular store has at least a slight natural smile on their face & anytime they are dealing with a customer they are always as nice as they can be with a smile from ear to ear. I do not recall 1 bad memory or experience I've ever had at this store. Love this place & anybody that lives the area should check it out I know y'all will love it as much as I do...like the store itself, the staff (who truly makes the shopping experience quick & easy every single time with a smile), the selection, & the unbeatable prices everyday (& sale prices are usually unbelievable & they have a new selection of sale items each & every week & it's always top brands & useful/popular items)

I love Kroger's. I use to think Pubkix had the best fruit, but as of late this location has been winning. Love their health/organic section and always love the 10 for 10 specials and how you can mix and match. Also love their seafood selections. Good prices and good quality of meat. I also am a fan of fuel points.

I encountered a very rude woman today in the meat department. There was a very nice bystander, a man that was very kind to me. And then Nate in the meat dept. Overheard that woman be so awful to me and my neice. He took customer service ABOVE AND BEYOND when he did not have to. Kroger needs to give that man a raise after how kind he was to me. Thank you again for being nice to me when you nor Kroger did anything wrong.

Store was almost empty on a Friday evening around 7 or so. Made shopping so pleasant and expedient. I still spent approximately one hour shopping but I enjoyed every minute! Clean store, pleasant employees - makes this chore easier!

Floral shops vs. Kroger’s flowers. I have always purchased flowers for funeral from floral shops. I never considered Kroger. However, last week I purchased a flower from Kroger on Hudson Bridge Rd. for a loss high school classmate. My classmates donated funds to purchase a class flower for the funeral. I was blown away by the flower that was prepared by Kroger…. a community grocery store. It was amazing!!! Gabrielle, employee, prepared the flower. She asked me a few questions about the person character who was deceased and then produced a masterpiece. I received praises about the flower from other customers in the store, the parking lot, and at the funeral. Gabrielle even added a special touch that called out our high school class. The flower costed 40% less and looked 100% better than what I normally purchase at floral shops. Kroger thanks for having exceptional employees like Gabrielle who can take flowers and turn a time of sadness to joy.

I live very close to this store. My wife and I have gone here nearly every day for years. We have come to know most of the employees and managers at this Kroger. Everyone is always friendly and always happy to help us with anything we need.

The service is always excellent every time I'm here and I typically come just about every weekend. There have been a few times that they have been out of items in the produce section but I've always been assisted and they have made special arrangements to notify me when the items I was looking for came in. I'll continue to shop here because my visits are always so pleasant.

I love Kroger and they have everything I need and more I get my medicine form there.
