Johnny saved my behind from getting beat up by the wife this morning 5/26 visiting in laws from Charlotte I decided to go to Hiram’s planet fitness before going to the aquarium for my daughters birthday. As soon as I parked I hear air just flowing out of the tire. I’m losing my head because we have tickets for 11am and I’m already catching heat for going to the gym. Everyone doesn’t open in till 9. I look and see pep boys right across. The car is crawling on this tire across the street I park the guys start pulling in. They took the tire off couldn’t get it fixed and a new tire was just to much for me but he helped me put my spare on in till I can figure it out. No charge just lending a helping hand and appreciate that more than you can imagine especially in a pinch. Thanks to Johnny and the pep boys crew in Hiram!!!

Took my car in because my check engine light came on James and his team was absolutely amazing. They were just so courteous and super helpful and got me in and out as quickly as possible. I will definitely be coming back again.

I have been using Pep Boys in Hiram to service my vehicle for more than 10 years. I've found their prices to be fair and reasonable, often beating the price quotes from the dealerships. James and his team do a great job of explaining the repair details and any service recommendations. I haven't felt the high-pressure sales pitch that some other repair shops give you. When I recently purchased another vehicle, I had them do a pre-sale inspection. I've gladly referred the Hiram Pep Boys to several family, friends, and neighbors. I trust James and his team to take great care of my vehicles.

I thought I needed a new stud for my rear driver's side wheel. After pulling my truck into the bay, the technician informed me that the stud was totally fine, and I just needed a new lugnut. So, my total bill was under $40.00. I was impressed by the shop's honesty. They could easily have charged me for something I didn't need.

I stopped by to have my tire checked as it looked low to me. I spoke to one of your amazing employees Johnny and he confirmedmy thoughts.
I wanted to say Thank you Johnny and Thank you Pepboy's for having such a great staff member. 😀

Excellent location! They provide the best customer service I have ever experienced. I now live 40 minutes away but will drive to specifically have this location service my car. I can actually trust them. Everyone working here including the manager is so kind.

I highly recommend this PEP Boys. I use to live in the area and they took good care of my cars. I now live an hour away, but I drive that little extra to take care of my cars. If you make an appointment you help them and the rest of us work together.

Excellent service by a friendly and helpful staff. I appreciate the help received from James who even offered that someone could pick me up at home when my car was ready. Car repair was done in a few hours for a reasonable price.

The technicians at Pep Boys always treat me fairly and don't try to push unnecessary services on me. Techs are knowledgeable. Have not had a bad experience here.

I was very pleased with the service that I received. When I arrived, they did not have the tire that I was looking for. William went over and above expectations in locating the tires that I wanted and had a driver deliver them to the store. I will be a loyal customer and recommend them to others.

We've had many experiences with the Hiram Pep Boys through the years. In that time, I've been pleased with the quality of the work, as well as their willingness to work with me to get the best price. Certainly recommend.

Absolutely the best service! I was turned away from several local shops due to being too busy but they worked me right in. They took great care of me and didn't try to sell me services not needed. The manager was so respectful and caring along with his crew. I will only be using them for my future needs.

James and the crew were all super nice, making the experience all the better. The service was prompt and then I was ready to go!! Highly recommend these guys!!

New Service : Mon 3/18/2024. I was concerned about an engine light that wouldn't go away.
As usual, my Hiram Team brought me in, replaced a faulty oxygen sensor, while I waited, then sent me out totally satisfied. I am horrible with names, but it is always the same management and service tech that serves me. 2 thumbs up !!👍🏼👍🏼

My service was on a Sunday morning. Website gave me a 10am appointment for service. When I arrived, there was no place to park and customers everywhere. The Manager "Mike" checked the computer and his hard copy list and found no appointment record on file for me, even though I produced my emailed confirmation I received.

Mike pointed out the number of people and cars waiting to be served. (I AM SURE YOU CAN SEE WHERE THIS IS GOING)

Mike had me standby for a few minutes as he juggled the numerous work orders and awaiting customers. Then he advised me that the next available service technician would take me next.

I was amazed that "Mike" honored the appointment even though it was not in his file.
I would give Mike 10 Stars.....for being a decision making manager. I am a regular customer at Hiram's PEP BOYS, and I will always continue to be. THANKS MIKE for impeccable service !!!!

Additionally......on 11/6/2023 at 0830 my car started running funny. I stopped back at Pep Boys HIRAM to see if they could tell me what was wrong. They were extremely busy but they promptly checked my car for me. Now unfortunately because the car was German, they couldn't give me a definitive diagnoses....so many anomalies present, HOWEVER, they gave me expert advice, on how to proceed, and sent me on my way. This was such an awesome expression of honesty and professionalism. I applaud my Hiram Pep Boys....👍🏽👍🏽 and I WILL ALWAYS be a loyal customer.

I left my truck there for routine Services. The truck was returned with all of my requests addressed.

James the manager. Was very friendly and took care of me to get me in and out as quick as possible with my 2 kids and I didn’t have an appointment. Highly recommended this location

Wonderful service, competitive pricing and trustworthy employees! They were quick and very informative. I 100% recommend this place. They just earned my future business!

Rating the service received as excellent because there were no issues, transportation was provided back to my home and return to pick up the vehicle and friendly and curtesy employees.

You don’t expect to get really good service at a place like Pep Boys, however, that was not the case here. James was so kind and knowledgeable not only on the phone when I made the appointment but also in person when I dropped my car off. Being new to Georgia I didn’t have any issues idea where to take my car for servicing but James ensured that this Pep Boys location has a customer for life. He’s awesome. I highly recommend this location.

Pep boys in Hiram always does a great job! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Will and James are the best!
