These guys are great. I walked in needing a new washer and dryer. Within 30 minutes, we picked out what we wanted and were on our way. Within another 30 minutes, the machines were in my house and installed and the old machines were placed where I asked (he even offered to haul them away for free). Very courteous and super nice people. I will be returning for future appliance needs. Also got a great deal. Stop here before going to the big box stores. You won’t regret it!

After my old refrigerator of 13 years went out I turned to AA Ideal Appliances for my replacement. Mr. Mike worked with my schedule for delivery. The delivery came right at the time stated. When I had questions Mr. Mike answered every one and made sure that I was 100% completely satisfied with my purchase and equipment. My husband bought a used stove Monday brought it home and hooked up the gas. A day or two later we kept smelling gas. He called them and they told him to please bring it back. He did and they offered to fix it free of charge or to exchange it. He exchanged it for another one. Both were very nice, updated, clean stoves. I couldn’t be happier with the service this place provided. The go to place for your appliances!

Pro: They have a great warranty that will give you confidence in buying a used appliance and good prices. The owner is very friendly and knows his stuff. Fixed my dryer fast!

Con: I really wish used appliance stores paid you a few bucks for your old appliance instead of the customer paying you AND you have an appliance to make a profit off of... lots of appliance stores do this but it just doesn't seem right to me.

I've had my washer and dryer for over 2 years now and they still work great. The prices are excellent and the service was exceptional.

UPDATE: I'm beyond amazed! My washer and dryer are still going strong. The only thing that I've had to do is replace a belt; which was less than $10. I highly recommend AA Ideal Used Appliances! (Forgot to add. I'm at the 4 year mark with both)

Wish I could give 8 stars!! Great prices,,warranty 6 months! (Most places 30 days for used appliances...some..not many.. 90 days). I bought one.. it had Cooling Down on the switch. I didn't like that. They allowed me to switch, they had my fav brand too (Kenmore). Looove my dryer. No high pressure sales.

I came in to find a used dryer to replace the one that just stopped working after many years of faithful service. Mike asked what happened to it and I described what it was doing before it stopped working and he immediately knew what was wrong with it. Instead of selling me a dryer, he helped show me how to fix it and even gave me a used replacement part. The fix was easy and our dryer works like a charm again. I have never experienced such great customer service in my life and it shows how much they care about people! The whole experience was truly a blessing and they have earned my sincere gratitude and future business!

Excellent service! After dealing with trolls and scammers on Facebook marketplace I finally got over my fear of in-person salesmen and went to an actual appliance store. The prices were extremely competitive and after five minutes of browsing I knew I was gonna walk out with a handy washer and dryer.

Jebby the sales-cat helped us pick out the right model for us and Debby the customer-service cat made checkout and delivery easy and effortless. 10/10 will probably buy a fridge next time.

Unfortunately it wasn't a cat that made the delivery but the human they provided was very helpful and professional with installation and advice.

Really tho, the family that runs the business provided a great and honest service.

My co-worker told me about this place so I took my dryer there. The guy helped me take it off my truck. He wheeled it to his work area, hooked up one of his 4 prong cables and then made sure it worked. He then wheeled my dryer back to my truck and helped me load it. No charge!! Amazing service, highly recommend this business.

I am not sure what the AA stands for but it should stand for Amazing & Awesome! Also, it should stand for the double A rating I would give them on A - F scale! They are indeed ideal like their name says. My family and I have made purchases from them and even had repairs done for other appliances. New to the area, they were helpful in figuring out what size would work and what was needed although I had forgotten to measure before I went to their location. I ended up getting a fridge and a washer and dryer. Fridge works good and is pretty much new.

I had about a 28 day gap between getting the washer and dryer and using them, I found they did not work and with all the moving I lost the receipt. Luckily it was not a issue and they did not give Jackie a hard time at all when she went to swap them out while I was at work.

We seriously were in here for about 15 minutes. Fantastic, no pressure service that didn’t try to upsell us. We loved the price of the roughed up stainless fridges which were half the price of what we had seen at the big box stores. I forgot to measure the distance to the door opening right next to where the fridge opening, so we couldn’t decide which one to go with. They put two different sized units on hold while we went home to check and completed the purchase over the phone. Our brand-new, counter depth, French door model was delivered two days later. It has been running great and we couldn’t be happier with the experience shopping here!

Our washer leaked. We went with the intentions of replacing it. Mike helped us figure out the issue and we repaired it ourselves. Saving us hundreds of dollars.
