Friendly courteous service. Good variety of medical equipment and supplies. Gift section is my favorite and the biggest reason I shopped here, especially for kids gifts. I did have a few prescriptions filled here when usual pharmacy was out of my medication and was satisfied with the experience. Insurance is the reason I am not a regular pharmacy customer.

There is no other option if you want a pharmacy that cares about your family! Mr Fred and his staff genuinely care and will do whatever it takes to serve your family needs. Such a great feeling to be greeted by name and not just another customer!

Small businesses are the way to go. Quick recap. I normally use a chain pharmacy. Well they were out of the med I needed and extremely rude to me, so I looked up pharmacy. Did not even know about Crawford Long Pharmacy but glad I found them. Quick prompt service. Great people, answered all questions I had. Check them out and you will never switch back!

Great pharmacy, the staff even remember my name- having a French name, not everyone can. They are very personal and can really help you finding what you need.
The portal to renew prescriptions is a little temperamental and at time it takes me three try before I can log in.

Very familiar oriented. Our kids love being able to go in and play with the toys set up in the front window. Staff is always so friendly and helpful! So glad we made the switch to a family owned business rather than the big chain retail stores.

He truly loves his customers and it’s not just work for him. He has a servants heart and it just spills over into everything he does. Perfect in every way. Great service, fast and efficient. My insurance last year forced me to the CVS, and while they were nice, I always had to wait in line to pick up already filled prescriptions, and they bombarded my email with advertisements. I deliberately changed my insurance so I could come back "home" to Crawford W. Long Pharmacy.

O.K., I have had to go to the Crawford Long Pharmacy three times this week! My family keeps handing me refills that are needed. The staff is always friendly and keeps me informed on med availability. They also make things easier by offering free delivery to my house.

Crawford Long Pharmacy is our Hometown Pharmacy in Jefferson. You can always depend on Fred Gurley and his warm and friendly Staff to take care of all your needs! He has always delivered what he promises to his customers. I’ve been a customer for many years and never plan to change Pharmacy’s.

Visiting this pharmacy seems more like stopping by a friend's house than running an errand to pick up medicine. They welcome you when you walk in the door. The staff chats with you if you have to wait on a prescription to be filled. The pharmacists speak to you even if they are busy. They are all knowledgeable and helpful, and they are always smiling and cheerful.

Will never use another pharmacy again. Dr. Fred and Dr. Kelly are the best and all of the employees truly care about their customers.

My baby and I were picking up his medicine at crawford long today. When I began to leave my car wouldn't start. They let my baby play with the toys and gave him a free water. Then the pharmacist offered me the keys to his own truck in case I needed to do anything. I got my car crunk and left with tears in my eyes amazed at the kindness shown to me today from complete strangers. They have a customer for life now
